I just bought one of these and my Android Pixel7 works just great with it through the Insta360 app. The only other difference is to connect through Bluetooth instead of NFC. After using the phone for other things, it pairs again when I attach the phone and open the Insta360 app. The documentation says to use with Pixel 6 and up and there are some other brand models that should work too. I'd suggest the newer the phone the better and the higher the Android version as well for best performance. I'm having a blast with this gimbal. This is one of the best videos I've seen so far on this :)
Interesting. The app seems pretty comprehensive and great for those that like the 360 ecosystem. I was not impressed with the apple tracking as it seems to lag the movement noticeably. Lets hope it improves with time. Personally i like the blackmagic app, and would use an ai module equipped gimbal. Nice review.
Hello, I would like more weight to hold the phone (400g) because if I attach an iPhone 15 pro max with freewell cover and anamorphic superstructure or ND filters, I doubt that 300g will be enough

Also I’ll buy at September of Apple newest release of iPhone 16 Pro Max. One more question…, can I use extra Beastgrip lenses or only ND filters in this remarkable looking gimbal device?

But even Insta360 could not answer my question if it works also with iPhone cinematic mode. Now where i know it only works with the new IOS 18 version i can wait , thank you again.

It’s why historically I bought the Hohem. They’re bringing out something similar but I think it’s still uses there separate tracking unit. I suppose my main concern is understanding the shortcomings.

It seems to have delay when tracking those two dancers. Is there some sport mode that makes it track very fast for those popular dance tiktoks? I use Huawei so I'll lose one feature which isn't worth it. But of course that depends on price. What's fall? You said available in fall. Thanks for another informative showcase.
Unfortunately, this is the best tracking out of all gimbals you can get right now… I’m not sure if there is any deal for this gumbo. You have to really check on Insta360 website.

AI tracking works in the 360 app. it does not, however, work in the native iphone camera app. I played around with the settings to get a little extra battery and I think that has somehow messed with the tracking. any advice? anybody?

I got the popup connection clicked on done. attached the phone to the gimble. opened the native camera app, but it does not track. I'll continue to play around with it. but just may have to use the intsa360 app exclusively.

Is the Flow Pro better than the DJI Osmo Mobile 6? I already have the Mobile 6 and the Hohem M...as well as the DJI RS2 Pro Combo. I'm wondering if the Flow Pro would add anything to my line up.
That’s a completely unfair comparison. With the Osmo Pocket 3 you are buying a stabilizer with an integrated camera, not just a stabilizer for your phone. I have the Flow Pro and an Osmo Mobile 5. I bought the Flow Pro because of the tracking available on native app, integrated tripod, compact design, and because it supports a Freewell Sherpa lens + DJI Mic 2 setup in landscape mode without counterweights. The integrated cold mount is a big plus-except for the fact it does NOT fit the DJI Mic 2 as the curved body of the gimbal gets in the way….what a shame. So it’s better for those reason (as a huge DJI fan), but until DJI responds, this is in its own category for now.

I have a RUclips channel with 26,000 subscribers, a TikTok account with 13,000 followers, and two Instagram accounts-one with 50,000 followers and another with 4,500 followers. I've been trying to get collaborations, but no one responds or offers anything. I've sent emails and tried other methods, but I haven't had any luck.
To be honest, I’ve never asked for any collaboration myself with companies. All you have to do is show that you can do a very, very good job and they will approach you on their own. The subscribers really doesn’t matter. It is all about the amount of views and your content quality

Yes, that will be too heavy… this is more for automatic filming for social media

Some of my videos are filmed walking through a crowded street. What are the chances someone's shoulder will knock the phone off the magnetic mount?

Has the 360 photography improved at all?
I haven’t tested the photography part much yet, mainly video…. But in the video I showed the 360 panorama which I find the same as before
