अगर वकील साहब जल्द केस को compromise भी करवाते है, उनको भी मैं सही मानता हूं क्योंकि उन्होंने अपने client को धक्के नही खाने दिए

NOC is not necessary. And you should keep all copies of the documents with you from beginning.
If Advocate does not return file, then application for Certified copies of all documents can be filed in the same court.
Does any advocate give any receipt ? He has to keep accurate records and give breakup of what are court fees and what are his fees.
Its a violation of Bar Council rules not to give receipt. Almost all advocates break their own rules.
Just see the Bar Council suggested rates for various works and what the actual rates are charged.

This problem is very common when you fight against any Corporate companies & any strong financial person or institute. Your loyar may delay your case,or start misguiding you, at the end either you have to compromise with the apposition or lose the case.
So better try to learn the court craft by attending labour court matters as audience, make a research on Industrial Disputes Act and appear party in person. Trust me, this really works in the favour of an employee, no matter how influential the management is.
@@creativekarnataka6821 Sir I am fighting case against a big corporate from last 22 years. The high court ordered me to Join the duties. I joined With the salary of the year 2000 still continues not a single rupee increment case pending in High court Meanwhile I have changed four lawyer, took money from me but no one appeared in court. We are managing with the same salary from last 7 years. There is nexus between lawyers & company.
Management will always purchase your lawyer & your lawyer will work according thier direction. That's the reason, the case keeps lingering decades altogether. Even I am fighting my case in Labour court. I had a lawyer earlier who completely misrepresented my case, now I am contesting party in person & the case is now moving forward without delay like before. Advocates keep dragging cases. If you are party in person, it ll help you to get relief soon. Meanwhile keep getting legal advice from close ones & give your best in the court. All the best.

Mostly Advocates take their fee in advace. If advocate comes in court but do not attend the case went to other floor is he not helping the opposite party. Can we make agreement with advocate about his fee or not? Not all but some advocate become double agent rich people purchase them. Ur video is very useful.

केस देते समय फीस लिखित में तय करने की शर्त रखें तो कोई एडवोकेट मना नहीं करेगा लेकिन भुगतान के बाद स्थिति बदल सकती है।

Great topic, you raised but why A NOC is required for changing counsel, one is required to get NOC for changing a doctor for treatment of patient if not satisfied with doctor? This is just biased and trapping clients..... Most of the advocates handle all legal cases whether have knowledge or not, we approach a doctor as per requirement of health problem but for legal issue all counsels are competent for all cases??

Aapne advance fees kyo di. Bhut lawyer asa hi karte ha fees laker case me kaam nahi karte. isliye fees hamesha installments me ya date wise fix kare

Sir,I filed a serious complaint against 4 advocates,I was contesting a civil suit against a senior Adv.BaulalSoni, Who had built 2Windows &1Door in (Common wall of 307&308)house number307, opening towards my grandson's side,house no 308.While Common Wall have no windows & Doors of any of 2 house owner.In this case false compromise submitted by NonApplicant &mother of my grandson of age4yrs&1yr. Objected by me so not allowed.In this connection complaint No.12/2013 still pending while I had paid ₹1200/-(4x300=1200)+800/-Grand Total£2000/-but no action taken by MP StateBarCouncil4,to take elecected by Advocats,so Bar council is cold .please guide.
बार काउन्सिल वकीलों के Professional misconduct के मामले में सुनवाई करती है। अगर किसी वकील ने कोई Civil wrong किया है तो उसके लिए आपको सक्षम अधिकारिता के सिविल न्यायालय में कार्यवाही करनी चाहिए

Sir , Advocates neither give any receipt against what we pay nor do they give in writing regarding how much fees in totality they are going to charge in a specific case.. In such situations who will decide how much one required to pay at the time of withdrawal of case...
True i face same situation. Kuch to fee lena ke baad bhi mukar jate ha. Jab case me result nahi de paye tab Payment jayad laker kam bata rahe ha aur dispute karke case chod diya.
this is the fact. Pay fee through banking source and try to keep some documentry proof for settlement of fee
