I have the 8 devices version of this remote. The net button is called smart on my one. It's such a fantastic remote as it does my music system surround sound system and my TV bits . I was given my one free after they amazingly replaced a really old one I had that lit up all in blue that couldn't be fixed . 👍

Thanks again for a clear and concise video. I have been considering buying an 'all in one' remote as I am tired of having 3 remotes constantly on my sofa. You have found the right product for me🙂👍.

I remember the day when I was the remote control for my parents, when they wanted the channel changed they had me get up & change the channel! LOL

Hi Geekanoids, I was hoping that the remote would be demonstrated. I am an 82 year old guy and not very technical. I fear it would be complicated, and possibly mess up my whole system, and if so, could I easily revert back to my old controls. I realise that I could possibly get someone in to sort this for me. I have a Yamaha amp, SKY Q box, Samsung TV and Blueray CD/DVD player. Many thanks. Terry Davis

If you did not get on with it, you could certainly revert back to your old controls.

Having only one remote that control many devices is great !! the only concern is, if you control let's say your dvd player, your tv set, your soundbar, your freebox, your recorder. etc. etc.
you will find that your battery life will come short very fast, and if you break your remote, you cannot control any of your devices, than you have to use the original remote anyway and buy others batteries. Of course, having many remote is less fun but you will have better battery life and independent control on each devices when your son wants to listen music, your wife want to record a film and you want to listen tv :-) These multi-devices is also more expensive and will cost you more battery.

Shame you didn't show how to setup with the App Dave :-( You also didn't say it worked over bluetooth...

Purchased universal remote URC7955. Learning doesn't work at all on my LG TV 55UM7660PLA remote control. Not even single button pressed and released on my LG TV remote can be sent to URC7955...And this is really pathetic as this model TV is 1 year old only, other remotes like Yamaha Home Cinema AVR S80 more than 10 years old model learning function is working, so what's going on??? Anyone knows? I wanted two learn this remote Netflix button form my LG TV but is impossible, also any other buttons I've tried seems like not sending anything to URC7955 👎

Does OFA have RF remotes? That's 2,4 ghz remotes instead of IR. IR is not of this time anymore.

Thanks. I contacted them and they told me they only produce IR remotes. Neither do they produce bluetooth remotes.

I got one of these last week and I'm very disappointed. It is very badly designed and the manual, such as it is, must have been written in Dutch, translated into Chinese and then into English. Why does it need to have multiple button presses on the Devices button. One press on five dedicated buttons would be faster, more intuitive and would make much more sense. The activities button does nothing for me at all. I find it easier to use my original remotes.
