- It's been a busy week!!
Peanut is a rollercoaster of health, one day sort of up, the next sort of down. He's really stiff in his back legs which made us (me and vet) think perhaps its a selenium deficiency... but he's not responding to added selenium.
Monday, I had a road trip to visit my friend Bill to pick up some new rams to add to the farm!
Tuesday was a big day for us all as we had our first trial Sheepishly Me launch at home... in our BASEMENT!
We are learning lots, and hope to have things run smoothly for our bigger launch this fall! (if our shop is built!)

I can't believe I was the first order. There is a story behind this. I was out shopping at Walmart when my alarm went off. So I took my son to the lego aisle while I placed my order. Priorities to get merch from Sheepishly Me. ❤❤❤

Would Peanut be happier if he had a besty in with him in the aisle alley? You always say sheep really don't t like to be alone. I don't know if Peanut has a best fried. There is 1 lamb that appears to stay close to peanut. Really hoping he gets over whatever has him so stiff & not being his usual follow Sandi around-as she is my Mommy. Diane Peterson -- my phone is on the fritz & having to use my husband's.

What has worked for me as a tiny business is to mark up my products and make it all free shipping (for domestic customers, not international)
You need a shepherd hook! It will help so much when you have to work alone. You could hook the neck of those little rams so they couldn't wiggle out of the squeeze chute and then give the shot with the other hand. Premier One has wonderful hooks.

Mosquitoes spread 1 kind of Wobblers Disease, so sheep can get it. The other kind is genetic. She'd have a lot of sheep with Wobblers if he had that kind.

I have no illusions about what Peanut’s future likely entails on a sheep farm. 😉 I just know how it feels to have an animal in my care in need of help when I can’t sit right by their side all day because of real life demands. Especially a baby animal.

Print off the shipping labels at the same time as order list because that way, you can verify its the correct order. How can you check the label otherwise, when the bag is now sealed?
Also consider deflating the bag before sealing it so it doesn't pop when processed thru the label reader (if one is used in shipping).
So helpful to get hints from experienced shippers! 💕💕
Also then ups will pick up from ur house u get an ups label maker with free supplies at least it used to be that way anyways
