I have installed fule filter in CB Shine but petrol smell at where filter is installed but there is NO sign of leakage. Mileage is also reduce from 62 kmpl to 41 kmpl. What should i do ?

I am very confused between Activa 125 and Access 125. I am planning to buy withing 2 weeks. A lot of comments mention that Activa has heating issues. Which is more reliable and better value? I had Fascino 125 too in my list but the luggage space is less in it and also the fuel lid is under the seat. Aesthetically I like Access 125 green variant a lot but people are saying Activa has better tech (idk what is that) and features like average meter, distance to empty and things like that which I think are very useful and so I am ready to compromise on looks. Also Access 125 has that fuel lid issue. One more thing, I am avoiding dark colors thinking that it will result in the scooter getting heated easily and more. Is this concern valid? I crossed out Jupiter cause the fuel tank is beneath the vehicle and also it has luggage space problem. Medium sized full face helmet does not come in its boot. What to do? I live in Noida, where it gets quite hot. Is there any other scooter that can compete with Access and Activa? I want 125cc only. I want a good scooter which is reliable and has good useful features. Its an investment for me and my budget although is not very big but I am not very low on budget as well. I will buy disc variant only.
One more thing I have heard is that Access's suspension is better than Activa.
Pls give a good response that clears up my mind asap.

First I will recommend you two scooter. If you like then its help you allot in taking you the right decision.
First priority of buying a scooter is you get a spacious vehicle and believe me jupiter 125 cc has fulfill your space problem thoroughly. Its the best in spacious scooter if this comes in 2018 I get this jupiter125cc because best thing is its underseat storage space has so big that you can put full face helmet in luggage box, second its front leg space area is so designed that you can put lpg cylinder beneath your leg space area. Not active not access 125 has this facilities .
Its petrol is under lower area of leg along with front fueling capability. You can not park it on center stand just like a bike you can easily fill petrol in jupiter 125cc scooter.
Both the tyres are of 12inch which gives excellent balance in high speed . it gives good confidence in maneuvering when you are cross another vehicle in close crossing .
In active its front is 12inch and rear is 10 inch .if you like then you can bring your activa . and access 125 is foreign make scooter parts of availablity of spare are suspicious. If you want look go yamaha scooter very stylish but again foreign make you can choose if you can.
I prefer you jupiter 125 cc .made in india parts are available every where you know bro tvs is second leading company in the world of automobile after bajaj well in foreign indian company are breaking records and you are in activa japanese, suzuki access japanese, yamaha japanese all .well its the decision of your what you want , no doubt japanese engine are good but maintenance cost ,spares are also higher .
As far as spacious one jupiter is no 1 class leading scooter, both tyres are 12inches, front fueling capability, its has almost all essential things which is necessary in scooter.
My self use two scooter early I have kinetic nova135cc scooter and after that we purchase tvs ntorq 125 model 2018 .first allot of tvs company ntroq125 cc scooter we have no issue .
Atlast if this jupiter 125cc is launched at that time I definitely buy it but its not available at that time . I search for active , and its aviator, grazia 125 but not find the long term friend. Even we check jupiter 110 at that time but not rejected . ultimately ee select tvs125 ntorq through its excellent in handling but its less economically in average, its not spacious like jupiter125cc ,not front cylinder carring capability its has limitations yes it can cruise the speed above 90+ . but luggage space is limited. Thats all akash ji this story will help you allot to invest your harden money in buying good and reliable scooter.
Pleased alway remember one thing in mind no company can make bad Vehicle if you are 5%chance you get the defective piece which we said manufacturing defected vehicle is given .rest of the vehicle is only be destroyed by those buggers who are in service center chapri mechanics otherwise defects are not occurs at all in nowadays vehicles because all are checked by computerised machine. If you are facing problem then its the service center people and greedy dealer who are not giving their upto the mark workmanship. Once again congratulations in advance for you new vehicle.
