Sadly otter is not meant to be a pet. They're wild animal and need more care than cat and dogs.

You are right becouse i have friend cat here in my outside room there are living in the street and i always too see her cat i giving food and i touch every i see and now 2 months i didint see her cat and one day I go to market and i look and i said come and she's come with me oh my god I'm criying becouse the cat is not forget me☺☺☺😥
