Just letting you know. I eat gluten free and use the Bob's Red Mill pizza crust all the time. The recipe on the back makes 2 pizzas. That might be why your crust was so thick. Great video though. ❤

I've been to a pizza place that puts regular potato slices on top of pizza. (You've got to pre-cook them a little first.) It's pretty yummy.

Sliced sweet potato on pizza sounds amazingggg. We have been eating vegan for 3.5 years not and I started eating WFPB about 2 years ago!
