Ah another game in which you play as the Monsters fighting the Bad Humans and turning the classic medieval tropes on their head to make a new trope. I love those!
PLEASE turn this into a series! I want to see you take on the Ninja boss. I faced two bosses while I was there and the boss fight mechanics seemed pretty great. Hecc Bike is super fun too
The mummy skull is a reference to Metal Slug, where you can be cursed into mummy form. The poses and animation of firing a pistol are charmingly identical.
It's even more fun when you get to some of the unique skulls the game has. Granted, you find one like once every 10 runs unless you are super in the late game, but when you do, it's hella fun. Game needs more map variety tho. But still great for early access.
I guess we can't tell because we didn't manage to see beyond the first boss, but this doesn't look early access at all, so i am hyped about it. Thanks egg.
Game looks great, gives me a rogue legacy type of vibe. Not a bad thing as that is one of my favourite games of all time. Would love to see this as a full series. Cheers.

In case no one said this yet, the priest / warrior were just minibosses, the actual boss comes after beating the minibosses a couple of times
