Bhai circular motion m constant centripetal acceleration hota h, and maxwell said "accelerated charged particle loses/radiates energy". Rutherford bola circular orbits, but uske baad valo ne bola ki stationary orbits with fixed energy levels (bohr) ya fir vahi shells and orbitals (quantum model) jisme basically electron accelerate nhi krte.
