Divine suffering of the composer, celestial "acceptance" of pathos through your heart and fingers, Mo Niemczuk !!! Your touch of the keys is by no means common. No doubt, this Waltz, like Etude no 7 op 25, includes also a "cello melody," extremely profound and sincere, conquering our whole existence by its frankness and uncovered simplicity. A slow swirl becomes testimony of faith in a fragile universe which stands above illusions and vanity of the mortals. Thank you for so many beautiful and deep feelings !!!

This is SO different from Op 18, and I see that it was written two years before Op 18, while Chopin was in Vienna (or maybe on arrival, just, Paris). So before the need to gain acceptance in the French Salons. It is very introspective - did Chopin ever write pieces just 'for himself'?
Good point. Definitely this piece is written for himself! Is very introvert
Chopin and liszt mostly wrote for themselves bar their etudes (studies) which were exercises similar to czerny . But alot of Chopin pieces don't have a definitive form such as ABA'. Even Beethoven mozart wrote mostly for themselves as their pieces don't really follow alot of form either.. eg Beethoven and mozart sonatas deviate alot. Probably the most traditional is Hadyn
