Tip from my friend who lived in NYC, to avoid new parking tickets just place a previous parking ticket on your windshield when you park. Then that way parking police assume you already got a ticket, which you did just not that day!😄
Haha I’ve done that on previous projects.
I feel like that could backfire, if they looked at the ticket for whatever reason and seen it was a couple days old they might just tow your vehicle thinking it never moved, that'd suck. But I'm sure they hardly ever check it.

On the HVAC lines should start using a none sparking cutter as the newer R600A is basically butane.
@@SurenCao I told Dave that! I couldn’t remember the type of gas, but I swear I saw a video of some guys blowing themselves up with a propane charged system? You’ll notice i stood way back for that part. Plus the system was drained.

It always makes the work fun when you have a great bunch of guys oh and gals working with you. I always hated job sites when you had those one or two guys show up and you swear someone pissed in their cheerios, so they are going to try and make everyone's day miserable.

I think there's a reason we didn't see that part of the removal, they just went full send and hoped that the gas line was clear.
@@PRC533 as mentioned in the video, we had the hvac guy come drain the system.
I'm an HVAC tech and I was thinking the same thing. When they were considering unscrewing the TXV, I was like "Oh no, another ruined TXV to replace" haha.

I absolutely love these videos, I’m just entering the structural engineering field and, man for those walls to be the way they are that’s terrifying, I’m happy that the building is getting repaired and not just destroyed which most likely would’ve been the result in my area.

If that van is still running okay, just have it painted. Then your van looks new again and you got a lot of money left in the bank.
Put your money in a savings account and when there's enough to buy a van buy it outright.

I worked on the Ford transits and E350 super duties and they both have the common front end problem they both go thru ball joints n tie rods even after putting upgraded parts on them only thing they had going for them was easy AF to work on

Tell Dave to go buy a Dodge ram Sprinter. It's the same exact vehicle with the same exact engine that Mercedes sales. A few years back I worked as a tech at a Dodge ram Jeep dealership. I found out they were the exact same vehicle made by the exact same company and just badged under a Dodge ram and Mercedes. If the Mercedes-Benz dealership down the road had a customer come in looking for a particular sprinter but they didn't have a color or that trim package on their lot that their customer was looking for they would call down to us at the Dodge dealership to see if we had one in the right color and the trim package for their customer and if we did we would pull off all the Dodge ram emblems all over the vehicle inside the vehicle and even on the engine and replace it with Mercedes badges and then drive it down and deliver it. The Dodge ram badged sprinter is a third cheaper than Mercedes badged sprinter.
I just priced out a dodge pro master with all the options the Mercedes has and it was $62k which is almost exactly what the sprinter Dave wanted was. Actually I think the sprinter was cheaper.
