Congrats on the Colourpop PR!! I saw the promo photos for the blushes and I thought the same as you, the colors look quite similar to k-beauty blushes, so I'm grateful for the comparisons! Cupid's Bow MIGHT be similar to Romand's Vine Nude from the Muteral collection (maybe, idk). Might pick Cupid's Bow up thanks to your review. You're the best bc as a cool tone girly your descriptions are super helpful, I haven't heard any other makeup channels describe makeup (esp Western makeup) in tones and colors the way you do. Thanks for your hardwork 💜
I KNEW I WAS FORGETTING SOMETHING, rom&nd vine nude is a great comparison!! I just checked and it’s actually not super close either, vine nude is much more “muted”/ has more grey in the undertone. Colourpop Cupid’s bow is brighter (has white instead of grey undertone, looks almost neon in comparison)! But thank u for bringing that one up 🤍 I’m so glad my descriptions are helpful hehe 💖😌

First of all, thank you for such a comprehensive review! You are the only one so far that has swatched all the blushes and highlighters on your cheeks, instead of just showing arm swatches. I also loved that you included k-beauty blushes in your comparisons, oh and now I am really eyeing that Dior pink blush, because I could totally see the pretty texture! I have light to medium skin, with a cool olive undertone, so you can imagine how complicated it is to find colors that I like, but I adore cool tones the most, specially pinks, berries and rose mauves, so Im so happy with this collection! I ordered the 4 blushes, and 3 highlighters, but now I wish I ordered the other two highlighters, Im surprised the peachy one and the lavender one didn't look dark on the cheeks!

Also wanted to add you should check out Colourpop super shock blush in “lil vibe” if you haven’t already! It gives the prettiest cool toned baby doll cheeks, similar to Dior but more cool toned. I’ve been wearing it everyday it’s so stunning and seems to be up your alley :) also colourpop powder blush in dee-lish is another good one

i really appreciate this review. i've been on CP lately about to make a big order to test colours because i'm in my 40s now and i need much lighter and brighter colours than i used to wear, and i'm fair-skinned so i suspect that's going to mean at least some pastels. pastels look fantastic on my eyes now, but i've never been into blush so it's all a mystery to me. i am drawn toward Cupid's Bow and Sweetheart because they look so light in the website swatches but i know they can drastically differ in person. so, thank you for sharing your swatches and product reviews :) finding this video came just in time for me.
Thank you so much for such a thorough review, all the reviews/swatches I’ve seen of this collection have been not great and I knew it was because people weren’t taking the time to swatch them properly and layer them to show the true color/effect. Same with the blush application, another creator with a similar fair skintone was showing Cupids Bow and barely applying any and saying it didn’t show up. It was frustrating. This video made me so happy because you get it. You have to layer those type of colors but the end result is so worth it! I appreciate you taking the time to apply extra so we can actually see it on camera and for the comparisons and clear closeups! We have the same taste in blushes I also have a deep love for cool toned pinks and have a lot of these blushes so it was very helpful. I have the Cupid’s bow and hot 2 touch coming in the mail and I’m so excited after seeing this video! Subbed 💖

Stacy, I discovered the BEST blush for very fair skin. I thought it was something I saw on one of your videos but I have searched multiple times and not found it in one of your videos. It is The Saem - Saemmul Single Blusher in Pastel Rosy. It is the most flattering blush color I have ever tried. It is peachier than most of my blushes but just makes me look like I have the freshest skin. Anyway, I just ordered the Colorpop Heart of Gold highlighter in hopes that it will work really well with that color. I have plenty of gold, goldish, light gold highlighters, but nothing peachy. Thanks!

yes I was using a lip brush! I got tired of using my fingers LOL I use the im meme lip smudge brush and got it from Amazon!
