I did not like to sacrifice Huijsen for Calafiori, but after these three games, I changed my mind. The guy is a beast, and Juve is always having the best italian defenders, so lets go all in for him.
We must go all in for Calafiori. Such a young talented italian defender we never get after him. I hope they don't wanna have more than 50 mio for him, because the world is now watching on him. I hear even here in germany some people say he is incredible und he is the best Player in the euro (never hear something like that saying a german about an italien player). They wanna have him in Bayern and i heard some premierleague Clubs now looking at him. That's not good.
Yeah, I feel it’ll be very similar to Locatelli though. Players desire seems to be Juventus so we must use that and he must apply that same pressure from his end too. We have good money moves we can still make as well for sales. I believe we can do it. He has been incredible at the Euros, not helping us lol but it should in a sense that Giuntoli can’t let it slip away.
I am so embarrassed/ashamed that Danilo couldn't beat one Costa Rican down that flank and is the freaking captain. Calafiori would be a welcomed addition but there is too much focus on this position which is not the most pressing area needing to be fixed. The midfield takes precedence and I think Giuntoli is doing the right thing with Luiz, then Thuram and maybe Koopmeiners. I will not be disappointed if Calafiori doesn't arrive as we got Djalo and Gatti can still step in temporarily though needs full MOT and servicing. It is not the weakest area. If we let go of Kean and Milik or even one, DV cannot do it all and will need backup. Then we have both full back positions. It will take 2-4 sessions and this ain't Fifa 24. If we miss out on Calafiori come back in Jan or next summer as the player's desire is to join us.
I was thinking about you while I was watching the Brazil game yesterday and could only imagine how you were feeling watching it. Opening match though, nowhere to go but up. I think I place Koopmeiners and Calafiori at top priority shared as number one. I want to see both and I believe we have enough bargaining chips to do it.
@@AllJuveCast As my old man said the captain, failed to lead his team in moments. He lacked urgency, defence not needed though was solid but a minnow. Should have pushed up, but there was no true energy around him that showed "leader." Not too sure about the next 2 games esp with this clueless CBF puppet of a coach. Have a feeling that nation that shall not be mentioned will win it. Objectively a more cohesive setup that is well drilled on what they need to do. Oh well squeaky bum time for me and your turn on Sat. 😂
@lucasfernandez888 squeaky bum time indeed. I just hope Spalletti can keep it somewhat sensible in his starting XI and then see what we do. If Fagioli does not start then Spalletti is not the one for the Azzurri and tbh I still have doubts. He clearly leads his teams with too many emotions towards players and not clear thinking. Let’s see what happens.
@@AllJuveCast Spalletti is nearly 70 and only achieved 1 real major title which was a black swan event. But careful Max is waiting to fail you with WC entry lol. FIGC have no coherent plan to develop their youth sector. Italy always had first class strikers and pretty much all areas but they focus on tactics rather than technique as highlighted by Capello. Counter this to Spain where the rondo is their guide to press hard when you lose the ball and to dominate the opposition quick one touch and tiki taka has been scrapped. De Zerbi would have been a breathe of fresh air but those old geezers in suits would never risk it. That is how you end up with Cristante and with a Scam (pun), Fred Flinstone up front and Barney rubble Retegui as the band mate. As for Brasil, starting a player who has been out the whole season in Militão ahead of Gabriel says it all, Vini as a main striker and not actually taking a proven number 9. This Dorival geezer should go back to being a cobbler in the back streets São Paulo.
@@AllJuveCast I didn’t say I don’t want him. I don’t want him at all cost. I don’t want to join a pricing war with rich PL teams to build up Bologna’s budget. I want Juve to stop being a cash cow for the rest of the league. He’s worth X and neither a deal with Basel nor a qualifying assist against Croatia should affect that.
@JacekPuz ahh, that makes sense. It won’t be a bidding war if it is in fact true we have the full will of the player but it may potentially happen this mercato. We may have to revisit it.
Calafiori situation will be the same like it was with Loca. Player preference will have to decide and how much will he push for Motta ans Juventus. Dont see him going to Chelsea ans Liverpool. Bayern maybe, but will he put his career into the hands of Kompany...dont know. Bologna needs to be realistic also...nobody will pay 50 mill right now, dont see it
Calafiori must be the number 1 priority once Italy is eliminated from the euros (let’s be real, that will probably be after RO16). I know Giuntoli is obsessed with Koopmeiners but we need Riccardo more.
@@AllJuveCast fair but if I had to overpay for one, it would be Calafiori all day. A few years younger and more likely to stay long term since he’s Italian. I would honestly give Bologna 50M the day after Italy is eliminated from the euros. But I trust Giuntoli’s judgment if he thinks he can get a better deal.
Fede was really good yesterday. I am pissed off with the fact that Spaletti had the temerity to put 👑 Chiesa on the bench in a crucial match.🤯 What would be your starting lineup against Switzerland, Berto? I would go for a 4-3-3 with Barella, Jorginho and Fagioli in the midfield and Zaccagni (LW), Scamacca (CF) and 👑 Chiesa (RW). Your thoughts?
Chiesa and Fagioli looked great. Can’t believe not starting either tbh. I would go 352 Donnarumma Darmian buongiorno Bastoni Cambiaso barella fagioli Pellegrini dimarco Retegui Chiesa
@@AllJuveCast Fair enough. It seems like Germany, Spain, France and Portugal are on the same side of the bracket. If Italy can beat Switzerland on Saturday, then something magical might be possible again. Chiesa and co will need to step up
I need Calafiori man, he is so good and Motta knows how to get the best out of him already. We absolutely can't afford to miss him imo.
He has been unreal for Italy… easily the best player next to Donnarumma.
We need to bring him in.
They gotta find the money from somewhere. Pay 50 and a player and do it now please!

Calafiori is OVERRATED. His worth is a MAXIMUM of 30 million euros. Anything more than that is excessive.
