There has never been gore in any fnaf games so it would really be dumb to start adding it now, and tbh nobody wants that, it doesn't need it to be good

And we've seen some gore like moments like with the scoping room and how the screen fades to a murky red, the fnaf 1 death screen and how the security guards eyes were popping out the freddy suits head, the fnaf books especially the one with the mutilated kid, heck even the spring lock suit is a gorey concept as well. This game could have definitely utilized visual gore especially since they were adapting based of the books and the books are pretty gorey. And they did show a bit of blood and stuff when spring bonnie bit a chunk of Oswald arm. So they could have definitely taken it a bit further
