The Residences, Aylesbury

We were asked by a local developer to help create a video showcase for their luxury apartment development in Aylesbury. They wanted to highlight the local area amenities as well as give a taste of the style of living which the premises offered. With so many people looking for properties online before they visit in person, and also as a reminder after visits, a video showcase is something that can make a positive difference to relevant enquiries. Of course, the challenge with this sort of filming is getting the weather just right, not too sunny but not grey and wet either, especially for our drone pilot who was watching the weather with an eagle eye for several weeks before we got a go from him. We shot some lovely stills and video over a couple of days with soft sun, blue skies and some expert camera work. The result is a great promotional piece, together with a number of social cuts, which can be used to raise the profile of this lovely development at The Square, Aylesbury.
