Yeah... stay out of the water (I'm a local). Middle of the summer it does get warm around here. If you don't like the heat make sure you leave before August! I have mixed feelings on trees in a campground. On the one hand the shade is nice. On the other I don't like limbs and leaves on my roof or blocking my satellite (Dish/Starlink). Nice review. Had a great time. Trees - yeah, I like the shade but don't like them falling on my camper in bad weather, or, the threat of that happening. One of our favorite campgrounds just had a bad storm come through and several big trees fell, one on someone's truck.
