I don't want to know why he wants to, but I do want to know WHY the Chinese let him.

prolly because teams want good players. theres been foreigners in the league in the past, and he did get silver in singles in the 2021 world championships

Because they can invite and let go in anyone they want, as in any other countries. They're not aliens or stuff, they are just people.

He has more than enough skill. If you refer to his attitude?...I am slightly bored of China being TT leaders of world...if this means a little bit dirty game to send the message. Let's go young bloods...Lebrun, tomokazu, scream it out.

I think there's a lot more to this in addition to what you just said. There's a reason their ping-pong program is state funded or that their players, seemingly, are only allowed to scream out "Cho-Le" after each point won or that RUclips is censored over there.

As long as your young bloods are doing exactly the same things the Chinese are doing (handshake or pen hold grip, one-dimensional forehand oriented style of play, bending over and sticking their faces right at the ball and stomping on the floor with their foot as they serve, or screaming out "Cho-Le" after each point won) nothing will change.
