Just like with the Whistle Song I think the videos are what made it past the censor. I have not heard about this until now but I heard some naughty words as well. If they used the standard animation maybe not so much. Some of these songs are too suggestive in their lyrics which made me think at the time that Konami did not want to put these songs in a US version but they finally heard us with DDR Max and later versions.
