@@QuinBoBin I'm sorry for the spoiler, but unfortunately Goombella doesn't transform into a sexy princess at the end of the game. Other than that, super Midna vibes, even down to the cute little snaggletooth.

The thousand year door is considered to be the actual best paper Mario game. You gotta keep playing it! The battle system is a lot of fun and the story is nuts too
I like how all the fights are on a stage with an audience. Like medieval times
If you press the A button at specific points for each character’s move, you’ll do a Stylish move which impresses the audience and causes them to give you more star energy for your special moves as well as attract more audience members.

I played this game to hell and back when I was a kid. This remake is flawless. Absolute perfection. Hope you enjoy it.

I think one of the most happy and, I don’t know, soothing? relaxing? comforting? things for me to hear is a Quin video that opens with, “Oh my God, do my eyes deceive me??”

I was genuinely hoping Quin would play this one. More than that, I was hoping it would be his first ever Paper Mario experience. The stars are smiling down on me today. And also Quin. Because you really can't play TTYD and NOT feel like it's a fantastic day.

Sorry Quin I can't stop watching this episode I love the first two Paper Mario games so much. The dialogue is so cheeky and sassy and ridiculously wonderfully stupid. Bowser is such an inefficiently hilarious big baby bad guy in them (Master Kohga/Team Rocket vibes). If you did a full playthrough I'd watch on repeat. The turn-based combat is a liiittle tedious but it IS strategy-heavy. I just think you'd have a blast.

You ought to check out the Legend of the Seven Stars remake. The OG Mario RPG. Not only my favorite Mario RPG, also my favorite Final Fantasy. Super Paper Mario was really good, too.
