Good ole fashion cautiousness, hygiene, and diet/exercise/sleep will set you up for health success.
1. Avoid situations where you may chance sustaining deep wounds unnecessarily. Of course, don’t be afraid of living life; just think twice before doing anything dangerous!
2. Keep your body and mouth as clean as possible. Your body does a fine job at keeping out most foreign bodies, but it is not perfect. Don’t give bad bacteria a chance to seize a gap in your bodies defenses!
3. Adhere to a basic nutrition and fitness routine to keep your own immune system in top shape. Also, get adequate sleep. Your body is a complex machine that requires innumerable things to keep it in the best condition possible. Following these three will set you at a great baseline.

Excellent video content! Forgive me for chiming in, I would love your opinion. Have you thought about - Patlarny Bacterial Relief Principle (should be on google have a look)? It is an awesome one of a kind guide for Getting rid of Bacterial infections minus the normal expense. Ive heard some great things about it and my good mate called Gray after a lifetime of fighting got great success with it.
I agree. Unfortunately I had to be on two different rounds recently due to abcess, and then root canal. It made my simple cold turn into a bacterial infection. I usually refuse to use them unless absolutely necessary. Your immune system is 80% in your gut, and healthy microflora are paramount to fighting bacterial infections such as bronchitis. Luckily I'm getting better by eating yogurt and making sure to consume plant based fiber. We need to trust in our little guys more.

I haven't taken an antibiotic in a while but am now that I had from before for a abscess tooth. I need them to work NOW. I can't afford to go to the doctor to get pain meds & ibuprofen isn't working. So I'm here on good old RUclips to see how I can help my antibiotic work faster in getting rid of whatever bacteria it is. So far Google said to take meds with a spoonful of sugar that some bacteria are resistant like in this video & the sugar wakes them up. Who wouldn't wake up for sweets. I feel delirious it's 8am & I haven't slept because of the pain & I've probably taken to many ibuprofen🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. Otherwise I wouldn't be so funny this early in the day.
