I've saved this video to my tablet. I played this song when I was 11 years old. I have since had a nuero disorder. Though my hands can still move that quickly, they don't communicate with my brain. It's heartbreaking not to be able to play my beloved music any longer, I can see what I used to be able to do. I've also played other instruments, anything with strings or keyboard. Again, I can only watch and remember. I studied under conductors who are now maestros. For 4 years, I was selected to play in a statewide Youth Symphony. I was first chair of whatever instrument I chose. I chose Viola so my friends could also participate, one violin, one cello. My best memories.😊❤ Thank you for being my fingers, floating across the piano, yet once again. ❤
Perfect... Yeah, perfect, I can't say anything else... Paul's playing is incredible. I can't never have this song and this quality... Coungratulations !!
Really good, that fourth pedal really changes the sound, it's unlike any interpretation I've heard before. I play this piece and love it, but it sounds very different to this when I play it
C7 Z Z you hate classical music culture cause you dont like a comment from youtube. your life must be so fantastic, The worst part is that he is simply acknowledging his good technique, but I guess because he is using "big words"(words you don't understand) it must be some elite type shit
That can be seen as an insult when directed to a concert pianist. You'd never want to be sounding like a computer. Music is about expression and interpretation.
I always loved that music on piano, but I never had found worthy versions, but this one IS PERFECTLY WHAT I IMAGINED AS THE PERFECT PERFORMANCE. Congratulations, you made my musical dream come true.
Are you Fucking stupid not only him can do this but how about another pianist they can also do! you overreact too much. all humans can do this but it takes times and practice u dont hhave fuckin brain STUPID DUMB so shut up saying "Are you a robot or a superhuman"
hey Paul, can I make a suggestion for a piece? I'm really curious as to how would Scriabin sound in this piano. I think the 2 pieces op.57 are the perfect experiment. Short, nice and with rich harmonies, one in a slow tempo allowing for the harmonics to resonate and the other one is fast and polyphonic. Are you interested?
Oh my god :D i have never heard better interpretation of "Turkish March". You are so precise, all the time u had the same tempo. Just perfect. Bellisimo! Grande Sorprendente!
I started playing piano 3 months ago. I betted with my work mates to play perfectly this piece by the 2nd October 2020. Many concert pianists told me it was impossible. Well for the last 3 months I listened to Glenn Gould version and practiced it for 3-4 hours a day. Now, I play it so good that my teacher proposed me to play it on a grand piano at the main theatre in my hometown.... BELIEVE, WORK HARDER AND EVERYTHING IS POSSIBLE. Just for info: my teacher betted with me that by 02. October 2020 I won’t be able to play TOCCATA E FUGUE IN D MINOR OF BACH. Guess what: I started to study it today, and I practiced for 8 hours the first of 11 pages. 😂
Paul, I enjoy your videos very much, I have a question, I noticed that sometimes you use some fingerings that aren´t very orthodox (for some of them, my old teacher was nagging me all the time), but for me they felt comfortable I see that when you use them it sounds perfect. for you.. is it better to attach to the text? or is it ok for an intermediate pianist like me, to choose their own fingerings depending on how comfortable they feel...Thanks in advance and thank you for posting all these wonderful videos as well, you are a true artist. Greetings from Bogota, Colombia.
So perfection does exist...
Smikkelbeer There's actually one mistake: It's that there are no mistakes!!
+Gianluca Horrocks chill dude he was joking
There is mistakes I saw em
There are mistakes dude
Aaisha Sultana Very minor ones. He was slightly off tempo, but it didn't effect the piece too much.
I love Paul Barton, he makes every piece seem so easy to play

Wow Paul!!! Absolutely FANTASTIC!!!!!! You're unique!!!!
Agreed Mrazia Gaggioli!
You're the only guy who doesn't improvise the sh** out of this piece. Thank you.
The placement of the fingers are so much better than when I learned; mostly with the 4th & 5th. Thank You!
Perfect... Yeah, perfect, I can't say anything else... Paul's playing is incredible. I can't never have this song and this quality... Coungratulations !!
Нет,ты тоже будешь играть это хорошо!Верю в тебя!
Если тебе это поможет...
Impresionante, mil veces hermoso, acaso es un robot?? Que rapidez y que talento, ese Mozart era un genio, gracias por su legado!

Are you Mozart??
M. gamer Maybe
Yeah
Well I’m not...
M.A Music No. He’s Paul.
No this is Patrick
Notice the hands of mr Barton. He played the piano, as if he were holding an apple in each hand. Tips of fingers.
Lois Walsh why do all classical music people talk like nobs
Sam Kelly idk, That's why I hate classical music culture
C7 Z Z hahaha

Peterson Normil xD
AH, my heart beats faster the moment the music starts! ??Thank you for your piano artistry Paul.
I would really like to see Moonlight Sonata Movement 2 as that's a beautiful piece that's scarcely covered
I really appreciate this channel. Thank you Paul Barton!
jesus christ, this is flawless.... like a synthesia version
le2zruWtaR8DauQ3 better than synthesia version 😁

there isn't much emotion in Mozart's music so I guess that can be considered as a compliment
That's true. I actually heard that Mozart was a bionic robot and Soap Mactavish was not an idiot.
thanks for your smart comment
Great touch and dynamics. Flawless technique. This is real music!
most perfect and exquisite fingers I've ever seen and heard!
I always loved that music on piano, but I never had found worthy versions, but this one IS PERFECTLY WHAT I IMAGINED AS THE PERFECT PERFORMANCE. Congratulations, you made my musical dream come true.
This is great! Could you maybe also make a video of Mozart's Sonata No. 16?
Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart You should have said, ...of my Sonata No. 16 😏🤔😀😉😉 #WeLoveMozart
This is mesmerizing, amazing how your fingers flow caressing the keys to float the sweet music as a fragance. You're the best!!
So angelic, incredibly beautiful
Absolutely perfect. Bravissimo
Really fantastic Paul. I honestly can't think of a finer performance of this rondo.
Perfection is what I hear...Beautiful!!!
I've watched many of your videos the past few weeks, they have brought me such peace, inspiration, and joy. Really really wonderful work.
He would get an incredible grade if he played this for an exam. Great job!
Großartig gespielt!
Keep it going, Paul:)
1:15 was so perfect!
Are you a robot or a superhuman?
David S. i wouldnt consider "robot" as a compliment for a pianist xD

+Ben Dover Are you his brother ??
This has survived criticism for 11 months until this moment when someone thinks that this is an insult...
Ah, the Internet never ceases to amaze me
Dude ur performances are always concert ready.. RESPECT
I think it sounds cleaner than it did 7 years ago. Great job on both the finger work and the acoustics.
It's so clean I love it.
Seriously, I just love your style, the best performer I've seen yet. Greetings from Brazil!
Stunning, mesmerizing, effortless perfection...
Fantastic Paul very impressive
That execution was just so perfect!!
1:02 sounded like something from a synthesia video. absolutely flawless
Disrespect
Simple yet perfect
Perfekt, ich werde noch viel üben müssen, bis ich es nur halbwegs so spielen kann!!

This version of Rondo ala Turca is SPOT ON.
One day I will be able to play this. 3 years down in my piano lessons 20 to go.
Stupendous, Paul!
Astonishing!
Can't get better from this
your tecnique are perfect i love it!!
Gosto de ouvir piano, violino, violão e guitarra. Gosto também de Ópera e Orquestra. Você viaja sem sair do lugar.
Simply brilliant!
It's interesting that you often do right hand octaves with your 1st and 4th instead of 1st and 5th.
Спасибо большое Пауль
Best version I have seen so far!!
Godlike performance. Period.
You make it look so easy! This is great!
Beautifully done!
