4x4 Coffs Harbour | CARNAGE | Australia's Hardest 4wd Track? | Coffs Harbour | Day 2 of 4 - Part 1

Welcome to day 2 of the Coffs Harbour 4wd Gypsies Tour. Today we are tackling an extreme 4x4 track called Carnage which turned out to be a fitting name. 1.2 KM in around 8h I would say at present it is harder than the infamous 6 Stage 4wd track in Yalwall. All vehicles winched at some stage and some had some serious mechanical breakages. Today in attendance Stephen in his Jeep JK Rubicon, Vikky in her Jeep JK, Eric in the Landrover 109 on Portals, Kurt and Tim in the Nissan Patrol 4.2 and John John and myself in the Hilux. So let's get into it!

I have to say that I'm a bit surprised by the comments suggesting we doing the wrong thing driving up a mostly dry overflow creek bed with a few remaining puddles. I love nature and do the utmost to 4w drive responsibly and have as little impact as possible on the tracks we drive. As a matter of fact, in most cases we leave the bush cleaner than we find it as we pretty much always carry other peoples rubbish out.

I'm surprised people are concerned about the the creek, what do you think is under all that bitumen you drive on everyday? I've been watching/ supporting Stefans channel for a long time now, and he has to be one of the most respectful drivers to our Aussie bush, another great vid mate cheers

THAT was fantastic!! I was on the edge of my seat, shouting at the tv and cheering by the end of it! 🤣 and you only got 50m! So interesting watching the vastly different vehicles and setups and the pro's n con's in different obsticals. Awesome driving kids!

The inevitable comparison is with 6 Stage. Both have some wildly difficult sections. However Carnage has sections which are simply more dangerous.
