I really enjoy listening to Mr. Dash. It helps motivate me to not give up on my small business when its not doing well . And to also see the bright side I can just create a new one.
BET! thanks bro, gonna cop the book now. I learned about the "law of attraction" last year and it has helped me tremendously. Changed my entire mindset and the way i look at stuff.
+lemmieatit maybe he as already punished already. He uses streets analogies because his mass audience is street or streetish dudes. Those who are not in that category usually watch or read from guys like zig ziglar tony robbins, les brown etc for their info or motivation
Please reach out more to our young black males. Tell them the truth about life struggles and ensure them life is beautiful if they set their energy about good and honest work. We need more local programs to encourage our children to learn how to be your own successful boss.
Dame's conversation sounds like the normal convo you get from a 40 plus dude in NY that's been working his whole life. Don't mean that in a bad way just saying the jewels he dropping is out there in the streets everyday but the youngsters don't wanna here coming from an OG who is out there working a legit hustle. They rather hear it on the Internet but the funny shit is when there was a perception of him being on top he was hated but now all these comments about how he's dropping jewels is based off people wanting to root for him because they feel he don't got it like that anymore. The perception of Jay is he is still on top according to Forbes so now he's hated from the very people that he has represented on his way to the top. If Dame was still rocking with Jay he would be hated the same way period
I wish I could live the theory he teaches. But when you have nothing, how do you start. He is a visionary. Keep speaking to us that are trying to learn from you and your ethics Mr. Dash. We are listening. Humbly listening.
Dame u Never lets me ddown, u have the key, willing to share it trying to help others, very low key in this video , but every way you emote it, rings clear.. keeping it real
Its very good to hear the truuuu Same..not just the persona.. Just can hear his pain thru wisdom and the fact that he's truthful...excellent video/interview
Yo this is dope brother, I like your approach with the audioplay! Salute! I appreciate everything your doing for the culture. Im working on doing the same. The culture needs more uplifting stuff like this...
Probably one of the most exciting , and creative flags displays photographically..only the dame, that man can hang the flag like nobody can..wish u showed his face. Nobody deserves a patriot medal than sir dame civically and heartfully..love how he connected patriot shorts with flags..him standing there , almost like a flag pole is bad ass , forward and fresh..now i need to listen aa we all should..sgain wish the photo of him was a lil clearer..bec is so artfully done..sir dame is second to none🖤
You get money I get money then we get money together. Then I put on my boys you put on your boys the money grows for both of us cause we both have loyalty from our teams and when we form like Colton we strong as death but I'm not really feeling your boys you ain't really feeling my boys and it's because we are both bosses but can't boss each other's people's. So we stop getting money together but it should still be all love because we both know how to make money right? That's why I never understood Dame, if I don't like the way you do business I can't hate when you gain success from your style
I read the "Secret" long ago and I do believe in the LAW OF ATTRACTION, I think Tai Lopez and Dame should have a conversation just so young men and women can listen and learn something about "brands" and "marketing" that brand. I read the books Tai suggests, What books would Dame suggest people read for motivation?
My issue with these Dame Dash 'self help' or 'get rich doing x' soundbites is on what recent noteworthy successes are we to put faith in what Dash preaches? He currently lays claim to being a success (and a boss which is oh so important in terms of ego and the ability to 'cut a cheque') yet his major financial successes occurred in a completely different era during a healthier economic climate and internet infancy (providing less competition in terms of ad space which many believe is the way to gain market share of brand awareness with a front of mind approach). Post Jay Z and Rocafella, Dame has been sporadic in his investments (which some may claim as diversifying the portfolio) but is yet to demonstrate a prolific tendency in creating hugely profitable companies (in terms of CEO, Poppington, Pro Keds, DD Motor Oil etc which all seem in my opinion as half baked executions based on their current market shares or lack of, revenue, branding etc). Before the DD fan club come to the rescue with their signs of 'Hater', 'What have you done?', 'Dame is a boss, Pause', I would like to explain that I am not saying he is not successful but the degree to which he claims he is a success post Jay Z has yet to be quantified. Dame often adds the disclaimer 'I put my money back in the streets' to prevent those questioning his bank balance which many hold as a benchmark for success in recent times (please see Forbes for many examples in all industries), but it is important to know if he is to preach about how others could follow his blue print. I would like to know from others as to what are your benchmarks of success in a business man if he does not talk numbers? We hinge the success of most companies on what their bottom line is, for example the fact that Adidas is now 3rd in the US after being overtaken by Under Armour with their revenue closing at $3bn in 2014. If we are to take DD seriously as a business man, surely he needs to back up his claims with numbers and not bravado of being a boss/man? Rant over, now over to the community to discuss!
William Rose Hey William. Firstly, thanks for the response! My aim is to understand his impact as a boss, focusing on examples of when he is the highest person in command at a company which we can assume operates ultimately from his direction. For example, I work for a company which has £500m in revenue however I am unable to attribute it's success to me. Rachel Roy is a successful company, the keyword you used when mentioning Dame in relation to the company was 'involved'. As I do not know which companies he assumes the CEO/COO roles at, are you able to list a few for our study/conversation? Thanks again!
This is bread and butter,,,,real tips,,,homie.....DASH SHOULD BE WORKING IN WHITE HOUSE...he’s just inspiration for a lot of pipo....incredible brain n hustle mindset.....🔥🔥🔥🔥🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🚀🚀🚀👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼💪💪💪🙏
Dame Dash to me as a Harlemite see him as our black Donald Trump in the since that he always share ways to make money and NO BODY ELSE IS TELLING US (Black people ) how to do it. His Flip Concept is going to make me rich ! Thanks Dame ! Harlem stand up!!! @esmallnyc_
A real man with honor cant work with a man or woman who does not have honor..most good women do, but sadly always exceptions to this rule, ..dapper dame def swag, love butting the griz on.. wsp when dame gets angry, like a prehistoric grizzly bear😂
I dont believe in putting every dollar back into your business..you have to have a certain amount of liquid to compensate for unexpected losses problems or misfortunes..who wants to buy something and then potentially have to sell it to cover a loss? Even on a street level, what if you get knocked and all your cash is in the reup? How do you bond out or afford a lawyer?
Exactly, law of attraction, think and grow rich, in the language that we talk. This what we need.
I really enjoy listening to Mr. Dash. It helps motivate me to not give up on my small business when its not doing well . And to also see the bright side I can just create a new one.

We can look at Rachel Roy numbers and go from there. I believe that's the biggest company that he's involved in.
