Top Spin 4 remains the best tennis game that I have played. I’m pretty good at it myself playing on Expert difficulty without the indicators and stamina bars

Motion capture is a expensive thing to do. And tennis games are not that lucrative. So they don't invest that much on this games. this is why it's so unrealistic
Bodybuilding Fanatic actually i kind of agree, the Virtua tennis 3 was amazing, you had the best players you could have, Roddick, Roger, Rafa , Hewitt, Nalbandian and the arcade mode was awesome, that was one of the Main problems with Virtua tennis 4, the arcade didnt feel like a virtua tennis, but i still love top spin 4 more though
Agreed Virtua Tennis 3 is where it’s at!!! Soooo fun!! This games now are too focused on realism, just give us fun, it’s not real it’s pixels, so just give us a fun game first and foremost. Imo and others I know least.

Why do the points last so long, why are there no unforced errors? No long or wide shots? No double-faults? And people say this is the best tennis game ever smh

I would win this without losing a game. And majority of the points I could end in 3-4 shots. You’re not having that killer instinct. Play online and you’ll realise how easy CPU is. It’ll make this match finish in 10 mins.
Leonardo Gatti yh that’s true as well. I’d love to play a game against you but I play on play station. Against CPU I do the same to make it interesting. But I do things like lots of serve and volley and drop shots. I lose more points that way and it makes it a closer game.
