Thanks for the video. I bought a memory foam with gel topper pretty much like this to make dog beds as I had lots of covers with no filling (tossed when too smelly). I had two long ol' ancient knives, butcher and steak, so sharpened them and used them to cut the foam. Worked like a champ. I was happy, dogs (and cats) were even happier. 🐶😸
Before you do something for the first time without experience, just ask RUclips how to do it. Electric bread knife for 20$ will do perfect job. There are a hundreds of videos with that. And I did it too. Electric bread knive!

We cut our icool memory queen to fit our queen short in trailer. Sewed it back up. Mint!!
yea I used mine as a chair mattress and it is super comfortable. Nice to know there is no trick to cutting this stuff.
