So nice to see you all just chez vous, having fun, being daft, chatting, teenagers raising their eyes, and general banter! It’s nice sometimes to see your more glam stuff, like red carpets etc., but I really think this is the secret to the success of your you tube channel, subs just love to see the home and family interaction, it’s so natural and relatable! After all we’ve all been in lockdown with you when you’ve been doing very little outside the home and we’ve all been glued to this channel every day!! It’s the relationships and personalities that make it special xx😊😊

I watched this vlog sat in my garden on this very warm night laughing when my neighbour popped her head over the fence scaring the life out of me because I had my head phones on, she wondered what I was laughing so hard at (expect a new sub lol).

I love that you acknowledged and spoke to Kiki about her having a different 'essence'. Myself and my siblings are all introverts and have had great trouble trying to get that through to my Mum who's not and has more trouble understanding to that people are different her (I love my mum and I think she gets it a little bit more now). But I absolutely love that you acknowledge this is Kiki and make her feel like she can be different and ask for what she needs. You guys are awesome parents 💜💜

After listening to their obesity podcast in which Mark spoke about his late night binges with Maddie I actually found the bit in this vlog where Kiki was finding the food she had hidden from Mark really sad. If it had been alcohol Kiki had hidden from her Dad it wouldn’t have been funny and after hearing in the podcast that Mark can have a difficult relationship with food/bingeing I felt really sorry for Kiki & Mark in this vlog.

I totally applaud Nadia and her ‘stinking thinking’ and how body positivity is key to how she and Mark bring up two wonderful daughters. However, don’t you think there’s a contradiction in how Nadia applauds Mark for his body transformation - often patting his tummy and saying how slim he is. I love this couple and how they are so honest. The ethos is good. Excellent stuff on healthy cooking etc. Love the GFH. But... please be mindful that not only girls have issues with body image and complimenting Mark might be somewhat triggering for people.

I'm silent in my house most of the time -- well, when I'm not watching something on TV or my laptop! Otherwise, if I'm working on my computer, drawing, doing jigsaws or even cleaning, I have total silence! Not having silence during those times makes me completely anxious! Like you said, maybe that's an only child thing. I love Grease so much -- I can't even tell you how many times I've seen that movie (and listened to the album -- which I still have ... it's a double-album actually!) Did you know ONJ had to be sewed into those lycra pants?!! i always thought they looked like they were painted on! OMG Mark .. "don't retract your teeth, don't put your head back and spread out your eyes!" Other than that, relax and smile for the picture! 😂😂 I'm dying laughing!
