All you have to do is bring yourself to the present moment as much as possible everyday.
As you do that, your awareness will grow which creates A tiny empty gap, as you keep doing this, that gap keeps growing. And now.. once the gap gets just big enough
You’ll start seeing your thoughts appear and leave, the bigger that gap, the slower the thoughts come.
Once this gap gets to a certain openness. It bursts open and you realise who you truly are

I believe you have come a long way spiritually here on Earth 🌎🌍 I have always known these things but been distracted bye my physical existence, now I focus on getting back in contact with the light where my soul already have contact. Tried to be in the state where I could see everything simultaneously. Now I practice and focus , meditate to come back to my eternal soul.
