I like this cover better than I like the original too. So not alone there. It is one of the songs with awesome lyrics, but in my opinion wrong melody and wrong original artist. This intepretation suits the lyrics better imo. :)

See there's this girl, not just a girl, but a close friend that Ive gotten to know over the past year while in class, and in all honesty I think she truly without a doubt means something special to me. Although I may not be the main character in her love story, I listen to this song, and I realize, that maybe I may be become a part of that love story, So like the song title says, "I won't give up." =)

This is just brilliiant. I watched some other covers and they had good vocals, good instrumentals, etc...but none of them impressed me the way this did. You really put your own style into this, and its absolutely beautiful. You are the definition of a real musician.

This song still hits home, and in all honesty one of my favorite covers done by Clara. The vocals, the piano notes, the video, just everything goes together so perfectly. Telling my friend to listen to this song (I bootlegged it sorry), and as she sat their listening to it, I realized that I was in love with my friend. As she sat there listening to it, I got lost in her silent blank stare, and I swear, although right now, even if she doenst see me the same way, I won't give up.

I do love Jason's original version, but I have been totally, well, "freaked out" over Freak Morice's cover, it set the standard for me.
