Who is going to rewite an anthem for the West Indies team? The "Rally Round" is something sung at a funeral, not a battle cry. Every time I hear it, I cannot think of it as a song for a sporting contest, but more like a dirge for a burial. The guys cannot even sing it. Let's have a new West Indies cricket anthem (for crying out loud).
There's absolutely nothing wrong with the song what needs to change is the consistency and discipline. The mindset of the players needs to be focused on the the song is a big part of the tradition of west indies cricket.

The issues off the field deteriorated west indies cricket with the bad management issues with money and players not motivated to play because they were getting a fraction of their salary.
