At some point I got tired and laid down, if you ever got very cross faded and got that weird head thing where you feel like your spinning and it almost feels like your frying your brain, that's exactly what I felt yet on a whole new level of what the fuck am I feeling. Moral, don't do cold medicine, I didn't throw up or die or even have a hangover from it, but god damn I'm probably lucky to be alive

The maximum dose of acetaminophen you can take before you cause some real harm to your liver is around 4,000 mg; you do the math. EDIT: I originally wrote the comment while I was still around the beginning of the story. Afaik, the only antiemetic that actually stops the nausea that an acetaminophen overdose causes is a prescription strength medicine which is actually commonly given to chemotherapy patients.
