This video is underrated, his answers to the questions asked go into detail on all the awesome things he's experienced and it's honest and not fake yet not cringe which is a1. Chili Peppers are timeless.
You can really tell that he worked through a lot of shit while writing this book. Every interview hes done about the book he breaks down and tears up. I think hes found peace to compliment his immense professional success
The peppers are pure chemistry. With out everyone’s past.. meeting in the future at the right time... it wouldn’t of happened. Reading this now half a year since the book was gifted to me, it's pretty good. As a huge fan of their albums through the first half of their career and knowing they dedicated BSSM to Mike Watt, I'm a bit surprised he didn't list any Minutemen or fIREHOSE albums on his albums he listens to a lot
