  • A friend and I just finished a build of a 250 gallon propane tank smoker. This is our first smoker build. I promised a tour for everyone that has been watching the progress over the months it took to finish this build.
    Any feedback is appreciated.

      Soon, I've been completely consumed with another project for the last year. Cooking videos coming sometime soon. As a sneak peek, you can see this smoker being used at Matt Carriker's Eclipse Event here ruclips.net/video/93Rs8XGCqXg/видео.htmlsi=csO73U9syx4Da1C0&t=67

    Nice do you used schedule 40 pipe for the fire box?

    • @crjones
      @crjones  17 дней назад

      Yes for the inside of the fire box. Around it is rock wool for insulation and then the outer box.

      Yes @137scott on Instagram is the best contact. He was the primary fabricator on this build and can build anything you want. He has a couple 500 gallons ready to build now, from what I know.

    Looks good. Do you have a 500 pit gallon video?

    • @crjones
      @crjones  17 дней назад +1

      Don't have a 500 gal video yet. We have been swamped with another project for this last year, but the next build I will try to get video.

    What do you all use for material to build the exhaust pipe?

    • @crjones
      @crjones  17 дней назад

      This was a pipe cut off from scrap that we had around. and a Reducer Elbow to mate it to the end of the propane tank smoker chamber.

    Yo that is amazing what was the cost of the build and how long did it take

    • @crjones
      @crjones  Год назад +1

      Oh, you should see it now. I'll be posting an update soon, but we have it on a custom trailer. We have about $6500 of work into it. This was the first one so it took a few months to get it right.
