It actually is believe it or not since in act if you pay attention on ultra M minus sprites you can actually see the minus sprites from all the other chars that appear in this mod which actually isn't random since if you actually increas the volume on these parts you can actually hear all the characters singing alongside ultra M
Don't believe me? well there are actually videos of the song from act 4 (to be specific) that decreases ultra M voice allowing you to actually hear them i recommend checking it out just type into youtube (all star act 4 backchars) and it should appear

I found it truly delightfully and amazingly creative and artistic when Ultra M said "It's Mario's Madnessing time" and Mario's Madnessed everywhere.

My opinion has shifted to both:
In the first half, when Kappy’s eyes are seen looking at the two, he seemingly refers to BF more with these words. But in the second half, his faceless head is focused only on the camera, which slowly zooms past the two to address the player as the one of importance. The line, “Come now, take the step.” Can be seen as a statement for BF to jump, but I see it as telling the Player to be finished with this song by completion. “Don’t look back, there’s nothing left for you beyond the veil.” This is what convinces me that this is more for the Player, All-Stars is the last song in the game until the end credits roll, and M knows that you’re
too far into the game to turn back now, you may want to take a break, but he knows that you want to finish this and even encourages you too. “You’ve tried and yet you failed to save her.” This applies more to BF than the Player and so does the two lines afterwards. “You’ve lost the game” applies more to the player than BF. And the last line applies to literally everything. The line the commenter talked about suggests that M only knows why the Player still wants to complete the game and not BF.

Act 2 has such a good instrumental, the orchestral parts, the chip-tune guitar, and the blaring siren-esque sound, pure perfection
Listen, I'm a Triple Trouble fanatic, but this GODDAMN SONG IS SO CATCHY. The orchestra, the backing lyrics, Ultra M's slutty ass waist, EVERYTHING IS SO FUCKING PERFECT. I can easily say MM is better than EXE, this whole mod is a whole damn experience on its own, not even an FNF mod.
