SysML Exclusion Challenge Question

This goes over a problem statement regarding exclusion in SysML
Given: The writing decomposition and specific classifiers for writing material, frame, and erasing material. And following the following rules:
Rule 1: If Ink is selected, then normal eraser and wooden frame are excluded.
Rule 2: If Led is selected, then pen eraser is excluded.
Question: How are the rules implemented appropriately so when creating a new implementation, the modeler can have a comprehensive and an intuitive part selection process.
