if the cake sunk inwards in the oven it's because too much bouncing around and jumping and that causes it to sink so when my mom bakes a cake she tells us to go sit down somewhere "you gone make the cake fall" 😂and of it was already out of the oven it was too soft and warm and too much jumping could have made it fall as well

The cake sinks in when you step too hard while it's cooking. I remember when my aunt would be cooking for holidays. She used to have the belt sitting next to her and if we walked so hard she could hear it, we would get hit. I always sat down though, I wasn't trying to get whooped.
