I’m from New Orleans where crawfish is life and how you eat it is twist the tail and eat the meat if you see yellow it’s totally fine to eat but you can take it out if you want. You can twist the claw and eat the meat if it has some. Idk if the one u had was seasoned but the ones I have are seasoned to perfection😍love the vid tho❤️
In New Orleans were known for crawfish it’s like a traditional thing mostly in the summer which is crawfish season in New Orleans and they can be tricky to eat
I get that but i tell them to trade out the crawfish for more shrimp potatoes and corn and i ask them i want no heads on the shrimps .. it’s worth it when i get it like that lol
