If it's one thing that I love about the chaos in my life is that overcoming it made me a better human being. Chaotic events or what seemed to be at that given moment in time chaotic helped me more long term than they hindered me short term. Thank you for scheduling the time to share these valuable lesson with us Pat.
--- How to Handle Chaos as an Entrepreneur --- Key Takeaways: 4 types of chaos: 1.Personal life and family: break up, divorce, death, children 2.Financial: debt, expenses, wedding, income, new house 3.Health: weight, illness, loss of a loved one, diet, energy, injury, voice 4.Business: vendor, deadline, client, staff, partner, technology, sales, investor, competition 3 ways people handle chaos: 1.Amateur: overeact, panic, quit 2.Intermediate: too much attention, slow down, use it as an alibi to not lead 3.Expert: anticipate, not afraid to ask for help, process issues quickly 7 tips to handle chaos: 1.Perspective: gratitude, not make a mountain out of a molehill, is it really chaotic? 2.Seek wise counsel 3.Focus on what you can control 4.Overprepare yourself and your team 5.Come up with the next 3 steps you need to do 6.Study the chaos situation and fire if necessary those who gave birth to the chaos 7.Don't take it personal
You gotta be calm and frosty. It's good sometimes to go through a near death experience. Makes everything else in life seem like a breeze. You just gotta give thanks, cool your brain down, and solve the issue at hand. If there is something you can't control at all change your perspective. But as long as you can do something about it figure out an effective way to solve the problem and not to make it bigger than it already is. Also remember that the best battles are those not fought. If you can prevent the issue from happening or becoming bigger, do that!
lol.. i rewinded to your reaction so many times.. definitely got my attention, was crocheting and listening to your words. but, I dropped my hook at that moment!
What I am enjoying at this time in our lives is the congruency of many lives coming together in our journey. It may be different timing for each us to reach the next level and then the next and so on, but we are unified on this run in our lives and it is a long distance race. I believe I will achieve the next band of ownership and our children and grandchildren will understand what the vision of one can do to inspire trillions of others in the creation of history that is transforming the world. Thanks for the gifts you so willingly share to stir up belief in us all but sincerely especially for my family and me!
Excellent tips. Congrats on the big move. Your boldness and planning to exit CA for TX will be marked for even greater success and your team will become closer and focused on executing goals. I will use these tips as my wife and I prepare to have our 1st baby in June (5 mos. pregnant as well). May God bless you & your family with 100 fold ROI on the time and resources you invest with all this free premium content for entrepreneurs.
+Gilda Moshir What I haven't told you is studied Psychology in the streets of Tehran, at the refugee camp of Germany, in the streets of LA, and eventually I met this lady named Gilda who kept challenging me to become a scientist and study people. ;)
Patrick I know it takes practice to handle chaos as an entrepreneur. But you seem like SUPERMAN the way you were describing all the things that were going on in your life!

+VALUETAINMENT yeah, now i know :P in an other more recent video, you speak about that moment, in this video it appear that you dont want to answer yes or no which means that it is probably real. he really matched the moment so you decided to keep it as it shows exactly what about to say ^^. afterward when you are from the back and you look at him, you stay a moment wondering wether you should continue the video with that shot kept and take advantage of it (cause we have to admit it went so damn good at the right moment ;D) or retry it. And at this moment you wonder "i just overeacted, its exactly what i about to talk about. lets keep that, it attract attention though(and its true pat :P haha). moreover you tell mario "he come back buddy we love you
