Biggest problem with all these games is the exclusive licenses. Now that they have no competition, they don’t care. They know people are gonna buy The Show, Madden, NBA2K, etc. It was so much better when they had to compete for our money. Now they know we have no choice, so they just recycle it with minor updates. If you’ve seen the Professional Baseball Spirits from Japan, that’s what the show should look like. Also, bring back the arcade style games with pro franchises. I love: Slugfest, The Bigs, Blitz, NBA Jam, etc.
I had played this game since 2006 and started playing it every year when they started the year to year franchise carryover but when they ended that after The Show 20 I stopped buying it.
Yeah it is sad bcuz they giving us the same thing every year, this is ps5 and nothing ground breaking about it, it’s almost been the same game for years now
@@Footballreels510 I agree. I played MLB The Show 20 on the PS4 until I finally bought a PS5 in March of last year for EA Sports College Football 25 which was coming out four months later. In the meantime I bought MLB The Show 24 for the PS5 and was shocked to see that the graphics are the same as they were on MLB 20 on the PS4 except for birds flying around in the sky. I will not be buying MLB 25.
I start playing The Show in 2021 which was the first year it came to the Xbox Console. I’ve preordered the games since but not sure if I’m gonna preorder this year.
This is sad actually, I felt the same way, it's not that good of a game graphics wise. It's like they are not doing anything to improve the graphics or nothing. Stull might buy if rtts is worked on but if not I'm good
Overall it was a good trailer, and I’m buying this game, but the gameplay alone for me didn’t do it, let me know your thoughts?

Yes it’s getting so repetitive. The gameplay trailer I was really excited and then I really started looking and I’m like nothing about it is different
