Please invest in some welding glasses or hoods. Even tinted safety glasses would help more than just doing it like on these videos. Keep your eyes safe because later on they may be too damaged to fix, unlike what you do to these cars. Wish they would wear some sorta mask when painting those fender wells too. If you look out for your employees, they will look out for you, mostly

US insurance won't buy you new/certified Sentra, all vehicles are paid on whatever the value of your car mileages and years, sometimes you'll get $2k-$3k and a certified pre-owned vehicle will be $4k-$5k. Insurance here in the US is a scam legitimate scam...
Spraying primer even on the inside repairs was a nice touch. Honestly I'm surprised that they were able to get all the sheet metal parts new off the shelf.

And due to the Asian writing on the walls it does look like Japan or some Asian country . If you need any pieces for Ford or Chevy let me know I can get just about anything . Maybe you're just clueless , idk.
"Dongfeng Nissan" is what said on his shirt. It is a joint venture of dongfeng motor in China and nissan. That's why he can get all types of OEM panels. Btw, Japan used to adopt many Chinese characters in their writing, and still do a few nowadays.

Probably the same as before. The suspension setup machine will tell everything you need to know. But it looked like they welded everything at the right dimensions. Otherwise, the doors would have had bad gaps.
He measured the factory diagonal points and they lined up, meaning the bodys main points and suspension mounting points are straight. So it will drive straight
It’s junk repair, I’m the person who designs lower end Nissan veh. The metal is warped on the other side and those welds don’t hold up like a oem factory that’s spot on to a hairs thickness. This car is a rolling joke

He is an amazing expert in what he does. I know some people say this car is not an expensive car and the damage is so great, it is not worth. But, to it's owners, the car is his property and he wants it fixed.

That repair was done in a Chinese Nissan dealership bodyshop parts, labor would've been specifically trained on the procedures and since the parts were supplied by Nissan it's perfectly safe

Now that that’s been established, it is my assumption based on common knowledge that a Sentra with that amount of damage would not be worth restoring. It’s a budget car from the start, and airbag deployment alone sometimes totals the car for insurance companies. And if I had a farm, I’d bet it on the restored car having a salvage title and a much lower re-sale value that doesn’t really touch the repair costs. I won’t even bother getting into the compromised unibody structure. If I’m wrong, please educate me with your expertise and implied credentials.
@@80PercentAshamedOfU okay because I'm a car mechanic and I've been to Auto Body shops and I have seen some pretty intense repair jobs, I once had a job installing paint booth at body shops. I understand what you're saying but apparently people do take on jobs that aren't cost-effective plus some of the cars I work on they're are better off buying another car I've seen people pay 5,6 grand for a repair.

@@Incrediblebowlesmodels i think he is talking about rebuilt titles, which do occur a lot in the states. I would never purchase such a vehicle, but they do exist. Shady auto dealers are notorious for dumping these cars on craigslist and the like...they peddle them as "private sellers" but they are really getting rid of bad merchandise they don't want to put on the lot. A lot of guys buy salvaged cars cheap, fix them good enough to pass inspection, and sell them to dumb people who don't look at the title.

Here in the us its cheaper for the insurance to give the owner a new sentra since those are cheap here
this totaled car comes from insurance company with no cost, those talent works is small pieces for them

Jon O'Dell Jon O'Dell I’ll just start by saying I don’t work in a body shop and have no idea of the process that goes into a restoration like this.
Now that that’s been established, it is my assumption based on common knowledge that a Sentra with that amount of damage would not be worth restoring. It’s a budget car from the start, and airbag deployment alone sometimes totals the car for insurance companies.
And if I had a farm, I’d bet it on the restored car having a salvage title and a much lower re-sale value that doesn’t really touch the repair costs.
I won’t even bother getting into the compromised unibody structure.
If I’m wrong, please educate me with your expertise and implied credentials.
@@80PercentAshamedOfU okay because I'm a car mechanic and I've been to Auto Body shops and I have seen some pretty intense repair jobs, I once had a job installing paint booth at body shops. I understand what you're saying but apparently people do take on jobs that aren't cost-effective plus some of the cars I work on they're are better off buying another car I've seen people pay 5,6 grand for a repair.

Не плохой ремонт, у нас так ни кто не делает, слегка отпехтуют и шпакли, а тут оригинальные детали без единой деформации и шпаклёвки, ваз хуже собирают на заводе

Doing all of that on a basic car seems pointless, the repair cost more then the car on top of having a salvaged title.
Yup true.... Insurance pays for that... Use the car and save some money...after 5 years scrap it.....the best way 😏😏
@@ugyptkutan266 usually the insurance will be the first to scrap it,because of time to fix. They'll just buy them another car of the low kelly blue book price, so it wont be a new car, used car of around 10k

@@hamiltoncooper3603 that's called a salvage title which means you accept full responsibility if you get into another wreck there's a reason why insurance companies total vehicles out also good luck buying one good luck insuring one and hope and pray you don't die becuase the vehicle didn't hold up to another collision
@@Incrediblebowlesmodels i think he is talking about rebuilt titles, which do occur a lot in the states. I would never purchase such a vehicle, but they do exist. Shady auto dealers are notorious for dumping these cars on craigslist and the like...they peddle them as "private sellers" but they are really getting rid of bad merchandise they don't want to put on the lot. A lot of guys buy salvaged cars cheap, fix them good enough to pass inspection, and sell them to dumb people who don't look at the title.
Not in Sweden, are they dealing with insurance companies? ??? People who restore cars can be found in most countries, but i was thinking about old cars. This is crazy :P
