Diana is a true Contralto which is very rare , Her voice is much deeper now .
Krutoy stated that he did not hit his button earlier because he wanted to wait for a place where the sound would not interfere with the singing.

Diana is now 17y.o. and her voice has finally turned into an absolutely unique, chocolate dramatic contralto. Her range starts from D3 without fry, and goes up to D6 now, with full access to all notes. Diana continues working on the range and I hope we will see even more spectacular singing. Moreover she sings Yodel and very easily flips from register to register, even riding the breaks. This comprises her unique style of singing. I watched an interview with Diana with English subtitles. She was asked what her range was it said A-2 E-5 maybe it was wrong I'm not an expert. She also said her coach was working with her to increase her upper range. Stay safe.
@@waynelynch9557 May be, it was a mistake somewhere. Not with the upper border, because it was A5 , AT THAT TIME (I remember that interview, it had been earlier than the moment when Diana started working on the upper register thoroughly. As to the lowest note - I checked it in the Internet in several places D3 is "re" of the little octave - the note where her voice coach says it starts, a couple or 3 notes lower than contraltos usually start. May well be I am mistaken, though. I will veryfy this once more.

Igor Krutoy bought Diana an apartment in Moscow, helped her move from a provincial city to the capital, and he also invited her to participate in some television projects and in music forums that he oversees. mother Being Abusive and Abandoned to try to get close to the right one for you tonight....
She was then adopted, and her Adopted mother noticed she had a speech problem took her to doctor who
said Music would help her with that, and after many lessons you have this wonderful talented Diana of and
side note She Won and Igor Krutoy....she is a contralto or mezzo-soprano voice which range generally
extending from around G3 to D5 or E5,.....and Last I knew she has extended that a bit. Igor Took over being
her sponsor/Mentor and she was (maybe still is) his Understudy (not sure) 15 yrs old here....when singing
this And she can Yodel with the best, and is taking up stage acting. Ogor as you must know is a Composer and works with lots of artist

Diana has something mysterious, mystical in her voice. She is a dramatic contralto, the rarest contralto-type. If Dimash is the universe, then Diana is the earth, our home... and when you hear her voice, you feel like, she's wrapped you in a warm velvet blanket and serving you a cup of hot, dark chocolate.
Diana was born May 2003. 31 in Arsenyev in the Far East Russia. She didn't have a happy start in life. The woman, who gave her birth, had 12 pregnancies, only Diana survived... and she did not want Diana either, mistreated her severely and tried to drown her. Relatives found the child with a broken collarbone on the street and took the 3-year-old girl to a children's home shortly thereafter. Finally, there she found love... from Irina Ponik. She worked as a massage therapist and treated children from the orphanage. Irina Ponik and her daughter Nastya fell in love with Diana. Taking a child into the family was of course not easy for Irina... but she adopted Diana at the age of 5 and became, as I call it, Diana's 'real mother'. Diana has lived in a poor but loving family ever since. Since she was lagging in her speech development and even stuttered, she received singing lessons on the advice of a doctor.
In 2012, the family moved thousands of kilometers away, to Togliatti, because Diana did not let go of the fear, that the woman, who gave her birth, would take her away.
Diana's voice and sense of rhythm were extraordinary even as a little girl and so, she convinced with her talent in over 50 national and international competitions. Her confidence grew, her voice continued to develop, and Diana's stage costumes swallowed up the family budget. So, her mother completed sewing courses and has been sewing all the clothes herself since then.
One day Diana was asked to take part in competitions farther away, so that other children would have a chance to win.

To the general surprise, none of the judges turned around but the whole audience gave 'standing ovation'. The next day, a huge scandal broke out in social medias. People demanded for Diana's participation in the competition.
In 2018 and 2019, a unique international competition 'You are Super', especially for adopted and orphaned children, was launched in Moscow. Diana takes part and won. These performances were broadcast nationwide, uploaded to RUclips and made Diana known worldwide. She now has many millions of fans around the world. The final of the international singing competition for children 'You are Super' took place in the Kremlin Palace. The winner of the season will be determined by a 6-day public vote. Igor Krutoi, mentor and jury member of the competition, gifted Diana an apartment in Moscow. So, she was able to continue her vocal training with the best teachers like Professor Olga Donskaya (videos on RUclips).
The break of voice made Diana’s voice darker and deeper. She worked hard to get the lost high notes back and has expanded her vocal range, currently from D3 - D6... and it will go on. Her genres are folk-rock, folk-pop, jazz, soul, blues, soldier songs and Diana-stile. She likes to paint and draw, so much that we can be glad that she decided to sing… But did you notice she holds a microphone only in the right-hand? The left-hand underlines and paint, what she is singing. Diana puts her whole soul into each song. That all makes her performances special and unique.
But she's not just a great singer and storyteller, she's also a humble, intelligent and hardworking young woman, who loves her family and appreciates, what they sacrifice for her. She loves her fans (they are 'Friends' to her) and she is grateful, that they helped to improve her home studio. On RUclips Prof. Donskaya und Diana also regularly answers the many questions of her Friends. Her Russian Friends chosen Diana as "National Treasure" (no official title).
In her home studio, she is currently experimenting (Corona time) a lot with different music genres and performing on both large and small stages.
2020 Diana graduated from school and in September she has become a student at the Russian Institute of Theater Arts. She studies in the specialty "Variety Artist". She also wants to learn to compose and arrange her own songs.
She will only take part in major competitions if invited. Such competitions require a lot of time, effort and strength. As a result, the participants later often have major educational gaps and problems. Diana is a smart young woman. She focuses on her studies, her voice and expanding her repertoire. She is 17 yrs., Of course, she also wants to cast a spell on more younger people than before.

That was not even close to how high she can go. Watch her version of the Aha! song "Take On Me" and you will hear much higher notes. I also doubt that she was very nervous during this performance. She gets immersed in the songs/performances and doesn't really care what anyone thinks about it until it's over.

You might find it of interest that this was on the second season of her appearing on the show. This particular season was a champion of champions, so the judges were very familiar with her. Her stage presence, while you might have sensed nervousness, is just her channeling her 'character'. @Andrew Larionov Well, I haven't run across any other reactor that screws with the sound quality for "copywrite reasons" so far. There are a few who cut the song to pieces & a few who talk almost all the way through it...I can't listen to those.
Yes most reactors pause it regularly with some adding little one second jumps forward and that is usually enough to avoid the copyright, but not always. I agree, i've never heard a reactor mess with the sound quality like that before. it was grating on the ears and I struggled to make it through the video. I won't be watching another :/

Yes, there is absolutely no point in listening to a reactor who distorts the sound of the music. WHAT IS THE POINT? Isn't one supposed to be listening to how well the singer sings or the band plays the music? How can one discern that if the sound is mutilated?????
Hello there. You're not the first reactor to not like her tone quality. Sure, you gave her props for her transitions, but I can see, you're not overly impressed with this 15 year old contralto. I have found, you either love her ❤ or you've decided she's not your cup of tea. She's a shaman, master yodeler and a world class performer. That last Judge Igor Krutoy waited for a break in her performance so he would not interrupt her. Thank you for your observations. Cheers!
