Used used to live in wardie rd 1962 the area at the railway bridge far skinheads(stepford) to barlarnark used to called Finley’s(wooded area) don’t ask me way🤷 I used to walk to swinton for the Sunday papers and steel the biks from the houses in garowhill make dams at the wee burn and railway line and get chased wa the farmer happy days😂
Grew up in 114 barlanark Rd 1977-1992 used to call that the old railway spent many hours down there exploring the old trains, got lifted by the transport police a couple of times too. I miss the eighties...
stayed in 59 sanding rd. moved there in 1953 spent the best days of my life there
