This is probably the best Q&A I've seen overall, the fact you took time to reply to A LOT of questions and doing so by animating your characters replying to the questions, to pamper your audience rightfully so, to work the whole thing with scenebuilding on this 'feature lenght' video, editing...this deserves a good watch, it's entertaining and informative of your perspective of things.

finally got around to watching this with my friends, really loved learning some more details about TSU, especially the VAC related answers, i find them super interesting. cool to learn that foster is inspired by the MTF, i definitely can hear it in his voice. the answer about how the logic in the universe being scratched was so god damn funny; truly peak writing. im super looking forward to whatever comes next, and im especially looking forward to the next qna, these are always fun :). thanks again for everything you make, i swear to god man you deserve so many more subs and views; especially considering it's all just you making these incredible stories! hope you have a great rest of your day if you read all of this :D
This was a HUGE one. Amazed you found the time to answer all these questions and still include little animations here and there. It was also nice to see my question included; either a yes or no would've been an interesting answer regardless! I found distorted blackimus very funny, but that's a given.
I'm also delighted at the amount of love TSU has been getting from some really talented artists, and I'm sure it feels nice to have a visual representation of people's appreciation for your work. I didn't see mine, but honestly there's a lot of fanart to keep track of (and that's a good thing!) so I know you didn't mean anything by it. Overall It's been really great seeing this series grow and I patiently await more from you.

Seriously though, I found your channel a couple years ago through a reaction from Wrath2501 and have been loving the Scratched Universe ever since. I am excited and more than willing to wait for future installments. As an aspiring creator/writer, I can understand so many of the grievances and also struggles it takes to do these kinds of passion projects solo. It is a shame that for every supportive commenter on your videos, they are always people who are too impatient or ignorant to understand just how much heart and soul is put into what you create because you love to do it. Your videos and the universes you have crafted are amazing and very inspiring. And you have a damn good way with words, you are like a poet when it comes to delivering those moments of *shit just got real.* It goes without saying, but you deserve so much credit for what you put out for those willing to watch. The kind of niche you fulfill is one that I feel is one that is far too overlooked/underrated when it comes to series nowadays. This was a great watch, with a lot of interesting insights about your production and how you approach your content. I appreciate Terge more after you answered my question; in hindsight, the idea of him not being immune to change holds true as early as Episode 6 Part 2. He’s warmed up to Jumpsuit by now even with his apprehensions, and that’s really nice of him.

First off, the two new projects! Bytes of Life is probably what I'm most excited for, since I'm a primary SoL fan, but Capsters also sounds like it'll be a ton a fun!

There's a lot of interesting stuff I learned about SoL as well, very glad we got to learn all of this! One of them was Wendie's role in the pizzeria, which I honestly assumed wasn't a public one since he's, well, a bare endo. But Chuck E. Cheese also did like to showcase their animatronic tech, so it's not as odd as one would think. Plus, maybe him being a robot is his mascot character! Also, nice to see he's a fellow Halloween lover! And it was really fun to hear about everyone's costumes and roles during the spooky festivities!
As a small side point, just because it was a very important and serious part of the video - your reasoning for not wanting to add OCs and that sorta thing is extremely understandable and valid. Not only it can be very detracting to what's already happening on screen, it's also a lot of work and it'd be enabling annoying folks that want to push themselves into artists and creators' lives.

1:16:21 - MY COMMENT! I'm very thankful for your answers, it explained a lot, especially about Wendie. I do hope we get to learn a bit more about him, the entity within him, and his Redemption form, but take all the time you need finding the right approach!
Regarding Pluto's development along the AU, yeah, I did expect we'd learn about them through him talking about it rather than flashbacks. It's how we've been learning many things about the AU so far (at least excluding flashbacks to moments still within the timeframe of SoL, like the Redemption forms' testing or Vixen's experiences with the 'Reenas), and it honestly made these moments feel a lot more personal. I still remember Barry talking about his prior life to the Withereds, and the sounds of the wind and the whistling birds even made me tear up a bit. It was a very beautiful moment to me.
Finally, regarding the guards, yeah, very understandable. Finding unique voices for them is probably gonna be tough (tho I enjoyed Ethan and Barry's voices, and the idea of Mike being mute is kinda funny to me), but I think I also know what you mean regarding the issues with their models (Barry's cap comes to mind lol). So yeah, just like with Wendie, take your time finding the right angle, I'm just really glad to hear this was something you did consider.

Blackimus is 1 of the best animation youtubers ive seen in a very very long time. ofc there are a lot of others who are very talented but make content that isnt really for me. since basicly my whole life is based around playing tf2 i was very happy and exited to watch the first ep. of scratched universe and since the first ep. i always was waiting patiently for the next ep. you my friend deserve a lot more attention becouse you put so much love and work into your projects keep up thise amazing work and dont forget dont put up content in a way that your please only the audience always remember your a human not a roboter and need to take care of your self the creator always comes first becouse without you my friend blackimus we wouldn have such a great time watching your amazing work. much love take care and i hope your doing very good having such a nice community

I was a bit late getting into TSU so couldn’t submit a question in time, but one I found a bit interesting was what was KIA doing in the Finger Weapons server in Episode 4? He clearly wasn’t interested in the match, and he seemed caught off guard the Distorted showed up there, so I don’t think he was waiting for them. So why was he there?

I remember when first time I saw your channel,I was looking for a Trickstab video's,But when I saw first part of SU-(Scratched Universe) I absolutely was in mood to watch this,and then I understand how good that I find then your channel
Since your inspiration comes from games i think you should try Don't Escape series for example Don't Escape 4 story is amazing maybe you can get some ideas from it would love to see it from TSU.
I would like to see a hidden character in TSU that is like some maniac who knew this would happened (the incident like alien invasion, stand users, monoculus, etc.). He has some habit to experiment some weird being having some power or anything. He want to get all those powers for himself. If you want to, maybe put some clue for his appearance or not showing him up just make him more anonymous.

Edit: also something I thought as an idea for the "Distorted animals" concept. mainly Distorted Dogs, they could work as the Eyeless Dogs in Lethal Company. the Distortion causes them to become blind, and will only attack if they hear sound, I think the Walkers would send packs of Dogs out at once, to better make sure their enemies are completely wiped out
Blackimus Can you please please PLEASE! do a small animation and full interaction of where Kia and Heavy meet Cindy and the rest of Amalie’s crew it would be a really cool interaction I feel especially Ashe and Kia and Heavy and Flint seeing Ashe and Kia having an Argument of who’s better fighter would be comedic gold and I can see Heavy and Flint getting along pretty well thank and keep up the great work on your animation can’t wait to see what you do next
I wholeheartedly understand your stance on PvE vs PvP, as yours directly mirrors my own. The way I view it, a challenge programmed into the game is more satisfying to overcome than navigating a fluctuating mess of uncontrollable variables constantly spiking and dropping not only the win-ability but the playability of a given session. Stomping an overly easy set of players or getting stomped by the sweatiest of tryhards impossible to ever kill, especially back-to-back or even within the same game round, is more frustrating than anything.
I can also understand why people asking or offering to pay to insert their OCs into your work can become irksome... even if one of my current works-in-progress is actively asking for such volunteers. ^^; Your projects are yours, and you have every right to craft them however you want with whatever characters, tools, or what-have-you that you feel the project needs to succeed.
The one thing that kind of disappointed me was hearing that you're not much of a reader. I might be an amateur animator (some might say beyond amateur...), but I consider my writings competent at bare minimum. If you pardon the self-promotion, I have a large-scale story in the works partially based in TF2 lore. Like your works, there's an interpretation of TF2's game mechanics expressed within, this case involving each player's cast of nine mercenaries living under the same roof and sending out one man at a time to answer company quotas (my particular group mostly performing what you would call scrapping duty). The main overall story follows a slew of original characters derived from Kingdom Hearts's Organization XIII power sets (singular magic specialty, summon-able weapon, personalized minion variety) and forged from more franchises than just TF2. If that interests you at all (and if you find the time/motivation to read any of it), I'm more than willing to link you to the chapters I have posted. Or I could link you to my discord and we can talk shop there.
Either way, keep up the good work across the board, both with your current series'-in-progress and your series'-yet-to-be[-submitted]; I'll be here eagerly awaiting them.

Although, there can be various options when it comes to RVC. such as combining various voices into one and making it combined voice that sounds very natural.
For example making Scout sound very old, but still having the same voice.

I feel like you gotta chill on the people that ask spoiler-esque questions, sometimes they might not realise they're spoilers and some are probably just curious kids.
Reacting in the ways you did is, while understandable probably a lil strong, things like that are always gonna get asked so its just easier to ignore them, and newcomers to the channel might get a negative perception of you as a result of those.
