I applied the principle on few charts and found it to be working in many but I also found charts where there was exception to this principle. Below is such an example.
Even though I am not aware of the specific rules of exceptions but below are the details and some of my observations.
Your feedback would be greatly appreciated.
***************** Male's chart **************
• Scorpio Lagna
• DK - Sun (6⁰ 09') in 1st House. Its not close to 0⁰ however its dispositor is AK- Mars( lagna lord).
• No planetary aspects to Sun.
• AK - Mars (29⁰ 28') posited in 2nd H
• aspected by Retro Saturn from 5H, Rahu from 6H and Jupiter from 10H
• Also, Mars is Lagna lord, vargottam and bhavottam (he has vargottam lagna). This makes it a
special position for Mars.
Running dasha during marriage : Ketu (12H) -> Venus (11H debilitated) -> Jupiter (10H) -> Jupiter -> Mars(2H) / Rahu (6H)
Current dasha : Venus --> Mercury --> Sun
**************** Female's chart ***************
• Virgo Lagna
• DK - Sun (1⁰ 17') in 1st House. Also, Sun is in parivartana with AK - Mercury (Lagna lord)
• No planetary aspects to Sun
• AK - Mercury (29⁰ 20') in 12H conjunct AmK Mars (27⁰ 55'). ** Mars is also spouse's AK**
• Aspected by Rahu and Jupiter from 4th H.
Running dasha during marriage : Mars (12H) -> Mercury(12H) -> Venus(11) -> Saturn(9H) -> Saturn / Mercury
Current dasha : Jupiter --> Jupiter --> Rahu
Some observations:
1. Both have the same lowest degree planet --> Sun
2. Both have Sun placed in 1st house and in AK's rashi -> ( Scorpio and Virgo respectively)
3. AK Mercury of the woman is conjunct man's AK Mars in 12H in woman's chart
4. Both's AK are aspected by Jupiter and Rahu
5. Both's Venus are in 11H
6.Both's Jupiter are aspecting each other housewise (10H Jupiter in man and 4H Jupiter in woman)
7. Saturn's rashi placement
• in woman's chart is in Taurus which happens to be the rashi in 7th house of man's chart ( Scorpio Lagna)
• Saturn in man's chart is in Pisces which happens to be the rashi in 7th house of woman's chart (Virgo Lagna)
Saturn being a significator of longevity is also blessing the marriage with longevity by way of influencing 7th house rashi of each other.
I am wondering if any / some of the above points are contributing towards a long cordial and happy marriage.

I am leo ascendant with 0°rising ascendant and sun is 4° sitting in 4th house with mercury and ketu aspected by exalted Jupiter and 10th house moon rahu and my atmakaraka is mars sitting in 2nd house 29° and darakaraka is retrograde Saturn in 11th house Gemini sign 3° aspects 1st house and mars is vargottama in 6th house with mercury of aries ascendant navamsa and d1lagna lord sun is in 5th house and Saturn Venus ketu in 8th house dont know but one of the astrologer told me that i will not have separation but will stay separate from spouse due to work

It's all about the particular planet of birth chart, whose degree near 0 degrees or 29 degrees. If this planet makes any relation with lagna or lagna lord or 7th house or 7th lord or in its mahadasha or antardasha will effect married life like divorce, separation or living in same home separated.
This technique's ending form is Whenever lower degree planet or higher degre planet will sits in 1st house or 6th house or 7th house or 9th house or 10th house it creates the situation for the person will not be able to separate and will also not be able to live together, in most of times but not always, sometimes there are some exceptions.
Sir Ji - Whatever examples you have shown for divorced horoscopes , it was clear from degrees of planets that it was ( divorce ) already written in the horoscope…. Then even if you do so called कुंडली मिलान before marriage, it should not help to arrest divorce. Is it not ?

Ketu in the 7 house also at 0 degrees. Lagna is mrigasirsa and moon in Ardra. Rahu is with lagnesh - mercury in house 1. Love only one man, all my life. Cannot feel love for anyone else. But since saturn is 8L in 5 house, there was a break up with him. But he came back and we are together ❤️. But this was possible after becoming humble and break down and accepting everything. I can say it was extremely tough, with Rahu creating so many illusions of imagined problems. His darakaraka is mars and mine is saturn. 7LORD jupiter retrograde is in 6house..
