Awesome video, brother! My top 5 in April: 1. K&E Bass Stoppers any tri-color ( wife's 7lb PB on this lure. She fishes this lure 75% of the time) 2. Blue Rock 1099 jig black/blue 3. KVD 1.5 ( I have a 5:4 reel specifically for this lure) 4. Black/white 3"-4" swimbaits ( more likely a Berkley Powerbait pogy or Big Joshy) 5. Black/ white jerkbaits ( Strike King or Berkley , they hit saugeye also). Matt from Bred for Bass ( you met him that the Expo by the fish tank) also uses 8" Mag drafts , smashes them at Alum Creek Lake in the spring.
Darren, definitely would enjoy more of these vids. I love to have my different lures, creature baits, and soft plastics. For day, and early morning. I could probably scale back. 💯 🎣 🛶
I like this type of video. Most other you tube videos like this are from south of where we are. (I’m in Western NY) I’m not very experienced but totally psyched to learn new lures and techniques. Also- how do I become a member of your channel? Love the podcast too.
Thanks Coby, I really appreciate it! We are all learning. If you want to be a member, this link should take you to where you need to go. www.youtube.com/@wendellfishing/membership
@kayakfishingforpredators9107 She just wanted to go on a date lol So that's what it ACTUALLY was about. She wanted quality time. Am I stupid? Am I smart? I never know. Women can be fickle I tell you. I go twice a week 2-2.5 hours a trip.
Darren. The engaging presentation style and detailed explanations make this video a valuable resource for bass fishing enthusiasts. :D
Glad you enjoyed it!
