Blue and teal look great on Protoss. Terran units look great with shades of blue and grey. Zerg peaks with purple, red and green.
White also looks good on Protoss, not so much on Zerg (imo).

Teal Protoss is best. Terran looks good in both red and blue. Zerg is definitely peak in magenta.
Terran dark green, and somehow they can pull off 'magenta' without looking ghey AF.

Zerg cool whichever. Don't think I've ever seen black before (or noticed) but I bet that would be cool.
I miss the colors from back in the CRT days, the colors that would glitch and actively change in-game. They should bring those back

Blue Protoss has been my favorite since map 1 of the campaign in 1998. It makes the highlights pop out hard against the yellow/gold models.

There was this one time I couldn't find my defiler because he camouflaged the f out of himself on creep.
How much time is there between games? Does Ruin get a chance to peek at the replay to see where the proxy gates were located before game three starts?
Cool to see quick games, I do wish they were a little longer but it's still neat to watch quick games
In the 2nd Dewalt vs Xiaoshuai game it was yellow vs olive. If it was a mirror match up would have been so difficult to see who was who. I used to restart custom games with Toss until I got Teal(before you could choose your colour).

highly visible colors r the best since all i do these days is watch lol. the brown/black and moldy mustard color are 2 colors that come to mind that are almost impossible to see even on a 1440p HDR monitor
My favorite colors for each race are:
- For Zerg --> Red (Campaign special units vibe) and followed by Magenta/Pink.
- For Protoss --> is Green (Campaign special units vibe) and then followed by Blue and Black.
- For Terran --> Green (Campaign special units vibe) followed by Red and Brown
Red Zerg feels lethal as hell.
Magenta/Pink Zerg feels like an iconic swarm.
Green Protoss makes it all feel heroic and epic "Fool! I got Phoenix, Tassadar and Zeratul on my side! Lots of them..."
Blue Protoss feels majestic and iconic.
Black Protoss feels like each unit is an anti-hero of sorts LMAO. Truly a Dark Templar now...
Green Terran feels the same as Green Protoss for me "This is Jimmy" "I told you my name. It's Duran, Duran! Is there something I should know?" "Where'd you study tactics boy?"
Red Terran feels like you're THE ENEMY. Makes you feel like a villain. A super one. *PRESENTATION*
Brown Terran feels iconic to me.
Whenever I say iconic, it's because the moment I think of any of each race's units. All I see is: Brown for Terran, Magenta/Pink for Zerg and Blue for Protoss. In my mind I can see those the most vividly and the first respective color that pops into my mind for each respective race.
But my universally favorite colors have to be red and black.
I find that blue is pretty lucky as a color, but as this is a game of speed, red is best because red units go faster.
This was a fun watch. Purple is probably my favorite for any race. Black or white Terran hits different. Green, red or white Zerg is cool. Pink, red, or blue for Protoss.
I agree with that yellow Protoss rant but honestly Navy is the best colour, Olive Zerg is a cool concept also but magenta? fuc magenta!

Gernerally Protoss is GREEN or TEAL. Zerg is RED or ORANGE, and Terran is Blue or Pink.
Teal or Red Terran
Purple or Magenta Protoss
White or Blue Zerg
Blue Protoss, red Zerg And white Terran
Yellow (the saturated one) and white Zerg are pretty hype. Red Zerg is really moody. Purple 'Toss is nice, so is blue. Red and Orange Terran look good.

I think terran works with the most colors but is best in orange or black/white. Zerg has to be purple. Protoss, cyan or blue.

It's funny how certain players get outmicroed BADLY even in mirror matches. Really shows who belongs here and who makes an early exit.
For me the best colours are blue for Terran, red for Zerg and white for Protoss

I can make list! But, for now... Blue, red and magenta are the best colors for all races (I go crazy with these).
Purple is the best for Zerg, good for Protoss.
White great for Terran and ok for Zerg.
Yellow great for Terran and ok for Protoss.
Teal only great for Protoss.

Had to pause the video to comment on the colors. I genuinely hate the magenta color, and only that color, in brood war. A lot of zerg players i play with favor it, and i just think its an ugly shade of magenta. I like most of the other colors a lot, especially white, black, all the in-between shades like pale green, olive, etc. and most of the primary colors too. Once in a while a color wont look quite as good on one race or another, i dont love yellow zerg for example, but none are as bad as magenta on any race. I just think its funny that people have such widely differing views on this, and that Arty is would comment on the specific color i am always arguing about haha. Ayaya
If you're Zerg, there only are three acceptable colours: orange, brown, red. The broods that remained loyal to Daggoth and the Overmind.
Purple is obviously banned - it's the colour of the traitress, Kerrigan.
