Shaun Johannes - Microphones, Pickups & Amps (Lesson)

Hey:-)
This was a lesson I did for the South African Strings Convention a few years ago.
As always the information in these lessons is purely from my own development as I'm primarily a self-taught musician. All the information is to be taken under advisement because every physical body is different and how we learn is unique to ourselves. I don't profess to know everything about playing an instrument but I am happy to share with anyone and learn from anybody!

Never understood all the tech, while I was active. But i did use a Peavey Bass Combo amp, with a graphic eq pedal. To my uneducated ears they met the challenge most times. Trio, Big Band , and Orchestral. Yes, new strings did help. Super impressed by all the gear you have. I wish I had another ten years.Would love to visit you.
