Excellent tutorial, however I have found my smart plugs are not resetting the values, despite requesting a daily reset. Any ideas
My create helper dialogue doesn't seem to have quite the same settings as that.
Can I use same method to create energy sensor for devices that show power? Like my sonoff energy plug, I'm unable to add it to my energy dashboard. Also, is there anyway to create a Total energy consumption sensor? Thanks a lot
Yes, you should be able to use any power sensor to turn into an energy sensor
My Harvi's monitor both energy and power in home assistant
I get both from Harvi for entries like Grid, Solar or Eddi usage. But for monitor loads i only getting power
