Hi,
I've just finished my A levels, I'm planning to do an BA in education and work as a teacher assistant. After the degree I hope to do the PGCE. I'm I on the right track? Also, how much experience do I need and do you think getting a masters or PhD would provide high roles ie, head teacher/assistant head.
How is the job security also in the middle in general for teachers from the UK?
