    They need to look at putting in all services ATM machines at secure places so local businesses could then drop cash into their accounts easier. Instead of carrying so much cash

    A most cost-effective solution for Jamaica is to use a mobile-based payment service like Mpesa which is already in use in a number of African country. Rural ATM is not the solution
