Thank you immensely for this! A descendant of Tall Barney, having been born in Jonesport and having lived there part of my childhood, now, having a cottage on Beals, this is priceless to us! We live “away” and haven’t gotten to witness much of the work. My husband is in commercial concrete work, so, this is doubly interesting to him 😊

+d sykes I’m so glad to hear you are enjoying them. I have another bridge video I will have posted tonight (tomorrow morning at the latest) and if your husband has an interest in concrete, he won’t want to miss this one 😉

Thanks so much for this. We've enjoyed watching the construction and are impressed with the progress they've made.

I'm so glad you enjoyed it. I'm hoping to have a new update up next week with the progress in June and this month!

4:33 Dan Vino pleasantly let me borrow one of their construction-wheelbarrows for a few hours to collect returnables around the area :)

That's great! This video project wouldn't have been possible without his support, I'm incredibly grateful!

0:11 Ummmmm It was not quite finished in July as predicted, but I guess that usually happens with big jobs like this ;) :D :P

COVID19 played a part I'm sure, but with how crazy this year has been, a couple weeks later isn't too bad :)

@@ALibbyLife Yes, plus they had to re-do some of the footing-ballast because the rocks they'd originally put there were too small to stay put.
